Questions & Answers
Can you tell me if this surface is soft or hard?
It is hard to sit on the seat and on the surface.
Does anyone know if this works in a bathtub. A person who is elderly is looking for something suitable. ?
As for the bath tub, Robert, I bought it for the hot tub because the height is too low to make it suitable for the bath tub. It is designed for the floor of the hot tub, so the legs open up only about 4 inches. Moreover, there is no rubber on the bottom of the feet as it is designed to fit the vinyl hot tub bottom. It is my hope that I appreciate it. Justine, Dave Download
Would this be suitable for softubhot tubs?
I can do it without any problem. All inflatable hot tubs can be fitted with this product.
This might be used in a spa of any kind?
There seems to be no reason to not do so. I don't see any harm in it at all. I doubt you would want to sit in a spa with seating if the spa has any

This is the best spa seat on the market - the most comfortable on the market The Intex Corporation
It took me a lot of time and effort to determine what were the best spa seats for me. I found most of the other products so difficult to set up (such as filling with water and marbles) to ensure they stayed It is well made and sturdy, and the seats are perfect. Each weighs about 9 lbs, so they stay firmly in place It has sturdy and adjustable legs (2 height settings) and is easy to handle. In addition to being just 5 feet 2 inches tall (very short!) and keep my seat at the highest setting, I prevent my head from touching As our spa is an inflatable model, we leave our seats in the spa without any problems. There's really nothing I haven't been able to do with this product from Intex (and pretty much every other product from Here is everything you need to know.

A hot tub that is inflatable is perfect for people who are shorter! To install in our inflatable SaluSpa Palm Springs hot tub, I purchased the Intex PureSpa Spa seats
My hot tub water would always be up to my neck when I sat in it since I'm 5'2". With the weighted seat that isn't prone to floating to the surface of the water and adjustable legs for two different heights, this boat can be utilized in any body of water. The seat is just the right height if the legs are folded up (not in use) so that my shoulders can be raised from the surface I prefer to fold my legs in rather than fold them out, because standing taller would be easier. I find it to be just the right height. I feel as if the seats are made of hard / sturdy plastic, and they will last for a long time. The construction and weight of this kit are excellent! The seat is best suited for flat surfaces. It is not meant to be used in curved areas, so be careful not to buy it for a spa in which the sides are molded/shaped. Whenever you have a completely flat bottom for an inflatable hot tub, it works great.

Take advantage of it! IBPS MCAS NCAS Buying a second one as soon as I finish this I was told by my husband that I wouldn't need that when I first acquired it
While he thought I bought it to add height, I actually bought it in order to keep His desire to have one now is even greater. My shoulders do not get too hot since just enough of my shoulders is out of the water. Because it is weighted it floats on the surface but sinks to the bottom. For taller people, it can be folded under the legs. One of my favorite lights is a floating strobe light, but it likes to float in your face. So we keep it on, but we put it under our seats. The hot tub still looks lovely, but the noise is kept to a minimum.

He deemed it useless and thought it would be a waste of space
i had already packed it for return because I thought it would be a hefty, hard, bulky thing to have around in the spa Firstly we didn't like it, then we did try it, and now we all love it The adjustable height allows you to position yourself perfectly at any angle in the spa, and use it to hold on if you are easily lifted in water anyway like I am, and to exercise or stretch, kids love it as well.

It was time for me to sit down
Intex's hot tub is a great product for my husband and me because we are both concerned about the water getting under our heads. The fact is I have a big rear and thought that this would not be a good fit, but I was wrong, this worked perfectly for me. I found the hot tub seat to be quite comfortable even though the appearance of the seat makes it appear hard.

If the spa seat area does not have a flat bottom, do not use this product
In general, I think this is the best spa seat I have ever In this case, the seat sinks (and not floats) as is required for its purpose. The chair has two height settings (one with the legs folded under and one with them The product will not work if your spa does not have a completely flat bottom and formed seats. Surfaces with a flat top will be compatible with it.

I think this is a great I use it in my Intex spa and it works great
This is a very heavy ring that won't scratch the surface. Those of us who are shorter will be able to raise it, while the older men will be able to lower it. I really like.

It is very sturdy and stays on the bottom
The adjustable legs may fold in and pinch, and the molded tub might be unstable. Two of these have been in use for more than a year now. I have had no problems with either of them and they have lasted for many years. Due to the fact that the width of the leg is less than the length, the legs fold inward so that they elevate less. It is possible for legs not to lock in extended position, which can pose a potential danger. whose sides are curved, we have noticed that the legs may be forced inward causing the leg(s) to go from elevated to lowered positions, and if any body part is under the seat, it may While we still use it, it is important that we are wary of this possibility including monitoring our children in particular. We threw away the spa cushions after trying them as the padded cushions stayed down with heavy weight. Most of them were also unwieldy due to waterlogged weight. As a result, they did not increase the height of the tub much, they tore easily, and they squished to the point where there was not much space for your feet. There's just a few inches between them. The spa seat gave me a great feeling when I tried it. There is a maximum weight capacity of 292 pounds and it is well built. A simple and easy method of adjusting the seat is to fold the leg As long as it stays on the bottom, it is okay. I am only concerned about the legs as I stated above. From another review, I agree that a hot tub with unlevel seats with tilt seats will have the seats tilted Having rounded back, you may have difficulty getting the front legs to raise up and slide forward when you are in a corner This issue only occurred on one corner. Another corner that was shaped differently did not present the same problem. On a level surface with the top slightly tilted to the back, it works just fine. As long as you make sure that the front legs do not slide off and pinch a body part or cause you to fall deeper into the tub unexpectedly while it is on a level surface, it should work well. I bought another one after we liked the first one so much. There is a better design that would allow the legs to be adjusted in height and depth so you can make the seat level when riding in an unlevel tub surface by making the front legs a little lower than the back legs, the legs should lock and the bottoms of the legs should not be slippery Surfaces that make it difficult to skid.
