According to my measuring tape, the interior indent measures 25 inches across, and 29 inches long from end to end. In the end, a bowl from another firepit kit fitted nicely into the ring, but the ring had rusted through. The following information may be helpful to you.

The perfect.
In order to have a slate fire pit on my deck, I needed to replace the bowl. Originally, it was a square pit with the bowl inside all rusty and crumbling, which came with the house. Bowls of varied sizes were originally used in the hole, and the original bowl had a 25" diameter. Although it was wider than I was looking for, I took a chance as I could not find a 25" replacement. Thank you! I am glad I did. In this bowl, the lips overlap the edges perfectly, so they are slightly raised up instead of sunk in, as they are in I like what I see! If we have guests over, we turn it on. We have been enjoying drinking around the fire pit on the deck for days! I also purchased a waterproof cover for the entire pit, so I won't have to worry about it rusting out. As a replacement bowl, it is solid and sturdy. It is an excellent value!.
As a replacement for a fire pit that had previously been purchased. Compared to the bowl that came with my original fire pit, I believe the quality of this bowl is much better. I'd recommend it without a doubt. I also appreciated how well it was packaged. When I first bought the fire pit, it was delivered to me slightly bent from another seller.
There appears to have been quality control issues it shouldn't have shipped this way. It was clear that the paint used was of poor quality past the big drip. It was found that all the paint beneath the pan had flaked off after one use. There is no power. As a result, the base metal will deteriorate rapidly. An all-inclusive approach, on the other hand, The paint on one of the fire pits I bought from Lowe's lasted several years before failing. If you plan on replacing it sooner rather than later, this bowl will do the job.
I am using this product to replace my rusted through firepit, but it will require drilling and bolting. There was a bracket to bolt the bowl to in the old pit, but not here. To attach to the pit frame and make it sturdy, I'll drill a few holes and install some bolts. A lot cheaper than buying a completely new fire pit as the legs and frame are still in good condition.
A bit of the lip of the stand juts out beyond the bowl, but it works great regardless. It sits on the stand well and has a well-made appearance. Happy with how it turned out.
