Mist fans are sure to be a huge hit this summer with my husband, who has always wanted one for a cool summer breeze. His eyes grew wide when he saw me attaching this to his fan. I like how easy it is All you have to do is attach it to any fan, turn it on (just a slow trickling of water is good), and Keep the valve open on the hose connected to the fan (especially if it's low to the ground) and there will be a huge wet spot near the fan.
