The electric current. As a result, I returned it as I did not like the material
Our attempts to contact the seller proved fruitless, so we sent back the tree and requested a new one
Despite having a tree, there hasn't been any problem. It would be a good idea to check for loose plugs. Good luck!

Christmas was a special time for me, so I bought a tree for my son-in-law. After setting it up on his back patio, he has been enjoying it in the warmer weather. A few nights ago, the tree looked beautiful for the first few nights, but it suddenly stopped working. There is a busy signal when I try contacting customer service. It is pretty when not lit, but I am so sorry that it isn't working. This is not a tree I would recommend purchasing. The customer service department can contact me if this can be fixed, and I will update my review.
That is what I call adorable! This is a very easy-to-assemble lamp with a stunning glow.
A month was all I worked on. Two of these are in my possession. Last December, we received one. An upcoming event will take place One of the ones I bought in January stopped working until now There was only one location where it was seen, inside. It is safe and dry outside. As a consequence, I am hesitant to buy more, as I had planned to do so for the summer. I'm really sorry because these trees are really lovely to look at. In addition. Apparently, there is only one month after purchase to try and exchange the goods. A KEEPUP DATE. The Lightshare team contacted me right away when they learned of the issue, and even though I was well beyond my return window, they offered me a generous and much appreciated solution. We are on our way to get a replacement tree. I am delighted with your response! We have had this bright and cheery atmosphere as a result of these trees throughout our cold, snowy winters here in northern Indiana. I appreciate you sharing LightShare!.
I found the base to be the most stable of the three. But, the wind made the trunk topple and it became apparent that the 3 spot welds were not the most secure method of fixing A replacement bottom trunk was sent to me by the company after I contacted them and sent images. If you wish, you can store the trunk in a box that is a midsize and comes with 3 parts. Now that my tree is in the basement, I don't want to touch it A screen printed tapestry of tropical island will be displayed in the cave next season and will be displayed outside if the weather permits. In the case of the broken base, customer service was very helpful, courteous, and prompt in sending me the replacement part. Unlike the ones you’ll find at a local hardware store, this is a high-quality palm tree. If you're looking for something outside of the ordinary, this is the place to go.
The trees themselves are absolutely beautiful, as you can see in the picture. Be careful if you live in a windy area. The way that the 7 foot tree is attached to the base is very cheap. We had a little bit of a wind storm and the tree broke right off the In fact, we've been trying to find a solution for the tree that is cemented into a pot, however because of the height of the tree, if you live in a windy area, the wind knocks the tree over because of the height. The trees themselves are beautiful, but I was very disappointed by that.
A perfect amount of light is produced. A second one was ordered as well!.
All 4 spot welds holding the metal tube of the lower tree's part to the base were torn in the metal due to the metal tear. By creating a new base using 18" long 1/2" black iron pipe I pushed into the metal tube of the tree, then attached the pipe to a 1/2" black iron flange, I solved the problem. After welding the flange to the legs, each of them was 15" long, made of 2" angle iron. After the base is sandbagged, it is secured with two.
Just recently, we ordered palm trees to finish the pool area we just completed with a little extra something. They were delivered to our home shortly after ordering them. I am pleased with them, they were a little cheaper made than I expected, but for the price and convenience, they were well worth the purchase. A portion attached to the bottom of the trunk has palms and a section attached to the top of the trunk has the In order to wrap the lights at the bottom, you have to do each task separately after assembly, which takes 2 minutes in total. There is a wrap around the trunk that looks like brown electrical tape and feels very squishy, but works well out doors, which is where our trunks live. Our only reason for giving it a 4 out of 5 stars is that we have only had them for a little over a week, and we haven't really had any time to use them to see how they perform. Yesterday, we had rain and wind storms (40 mph gusts) that the trees seemed to have been able to withstand. When I got home, all the trees were still standing like nothing happened, even if we had all been inside. I prayed it would remain like that, too, at least the trees outside. Stakes are screwed to the bottom of the metal bases and then they're attached. Astonished was the best way to describe my feelings. There was only one thing we had to do fluff up.
