What do you mean by a Direct Elevation Rod, or a Lenker Rod sometimes?
It typically comes with a bubble level in the head unit
There is no straight edge to this like a yardstick. In general, it's a telescopic measuring device with a square profile (in fact, it's a In order to assemble the top and middle pieces you must slide them together. As the middle piece slides into the bottom piece, the bottom piece slides into the middle My opinion is the same as the previous one. The aluminum will bend easily as it is very soft. Due to this, great care would be needed to avoid bending the measuring device. Also, are you planning on compacting the measuring device once you are done using it? You can adjust the height as needed. This level and a new transit level by David White were purchased for use on my newly purchased property.
It's about all I have to say. In addition to the fact that I'm a civil engineer and like to overengineer things, I bought this because I was renovating my backyard. This product did what it was meant to do, which was to be held by someone and read by another person through a set of levels.
My old one was peeling paint and becoming more difficult to read, so I needed a new one. I like the metal one, it looks good, and it will be durable.
The door opens easily and closes smoothly. The buttons to lock the position are big and easy to use. I like the large letters because it helps me focus my transit at a distance, and I also like how it prints the foot measures repeatedly so that if I look at a narrow section, I don't have to pan up and down to see what the foot measures are. This light and durable fabric is made from polyester. The complaints are not valid.
I like how easy it is to read and that it suits my needs.
It is suitable for use in flat or non-sloped areas inside and outside. It came in a timely manner and according to what was
I was surprised at how inexpensive this rod was for the quality I received. When seen through a 26X scope at 300', the markings can easily be seen. Our museum railroad is being levelled and laying ties and rails has been made easier because of our leveling efforts.
I highly recommend it.
