The label on my device says it's There is a fair amount of power in it. I also gave this device a four-star rating for the way the bit holds on. It is hard to hold the included sharpening bits because only certain bits spin true. I had to make an insert to hold them properly. Theodore M
You can only plug it into a 110AC wall outlet. I don't have an adapter for my car.

It is a fairly powerful sharpener and has good bearings, so I expect it to last a long time, however, I had to return it right away. There was a major problem with the collet nut (the locking mechanism that holds the 1/8" grinding bit), as it held the bit crooked, causing it to wobble when it was If the shaft does not spin true, it is impossible to sharpen the saw blade. If this is a manufacturing defect on this particular unit and not a defect for all, then I really don't have anything to be worried about. Each of the grinding bits in this sharpener wobbled when inserted into it. All of the grinding bits were straight and true. In addition, the switch for on/off is located on the opposite side of the speed control. I find it awkward to turn the tool on, flip it around and adjust the speed, then flip it back off again. tolerate that since it is well made, but the crooked bit caused me to stare. In the event that this is a unique defect on only this one tool, I would order another one since it appears to be able to perform the task well. Theodore M.
This is the 4th chain in the Including mine and those of my friends. I'm glad you like it If you don't actually use it, you won't know whether it is sharp or not. It was a very good result. Don't you think it would be more fun to go around the saw twice? I haven't noticed any wear on the diamond tip so far That's the only thing I have to question. It's just like a Dremel - this is the only question I have. The only difference is that it focuses on a specific.
This chainsaw sharpener kit was sent just as the rotary tool, rather than the kit itself. You will not find a sharpening attachment for your chainsaw.
The drill like device is powerful and easy to use. As far as I can tell, the only thing I would change is the sharpening bits, as they only lasted for about 2 chains before the diamond coating came.
Using this method, I have been able to sharpen my chainsaw chains to a fine edge. The cutters were left with a nice sharp edge.
It's simpler to do it this way than.
It wasn't as bad as I expected, but it wasn't exactly what I expected either. You can use this to just touch up your saw, but if you need it sharpened, get out the file.
Though I like the idea, this is not a very well constructed product. There are two positions on the clamp, and the gauge interferes with it. A file will pop out if the clamp is not tightened enough after about six teeth if the clamp is not tightened enough. A tightening of the nut will cause the end of the housing to distort if the file does not slip. It doesn't matter which way you go, you It was a very disappointing experience.
