The chain worked for about an hour, then it jumped off the bar. I don't want to leave a negative review, but I'm unable to locate a website from which I could ask about the warranty. My attempt to rephrase was unsuccessful Three steps were found in the install chain Four links that were kinked up will not move at all now I am unable to straighten them out so that tension can be put back on the system. In addition to being properly installed and lubricated, the chain also had the right amount of tension. My review will be updated once I speak to the vendors and see what they have to say.
I received it on the date they said it would arrive. As with the other chains I had, this chain holds an edge really well, and I do not have to sharpen it as often as I did with the others. The next time I purchase, I will.
