If you're interested in Husqvarna products online, you can find them at lowes. According to my understanding, all SharpForce flat files will be compatible There may be a standard handle on all Husqvarna flat files but the handles have the capability of being interchanged.
The sharpener you need should also be the same size as the chain. The chain comes in different sizes, like 7/32 and 5/32. You need the matching size sharpener and it should work. (I recommend getting a good chain like Oregon or Stihl.)

The chain link can be used on both 3/8" and 1/4" chains. Pitch chain for 1/4" pitch is available in both 1/4" and 1/4" picco (low pro) versions. Your local Stihl dealer may not be aware of the difference either. A Picco is smaller than a Picco. A chainsaw carver will use either size when working with a chainsaw and will use the smaller size for cutting small branches. I have struggled for years with sharpening both of them with the same size file because I did not In addition to this sharpener, the 14 chain and 3/8" low profile chain both use the same round file size. One is used for 1/4" picco and the other for 1/8". You may be using the same round file on both without realizing A stihl 2-in-1 file for low profile chain comes with a 5-32 round file, however it will not work with 1/4" chain because of how it is designed. With this file, it's possible to grind on both standard 1/4" chain as well as low-profile 3/8" only have 1/4” picco (low pro) chain, Stihl makes a 2-in-1 file that is meant for the 1/4 inch The information in this post will hopefully save someone else from the years of trial and error that I had to go through. One day, maybe Stihl will do some work and put together a website that gives some detailed explanations, specifications, and codes of all their chain products.
I have developed my sharpening skills with the help of this product.
Despite never sharpening his chain and not knowing how to use it, he managed to get away with Viewed a couple of 5) And sharpened his chain in five minutes Take 7 minutes to read. This amazed him a great deal! Upon seeing it, he described it as going through the tree "like butter".
It has been a long time since I last used one. Gets the angle right at the same time as he files down the rakers.
With the new system, it is easier to sharpen the cutting teeth and file the cutting gaps at the same time. I no longer have to separate them.
The design and concept of the tool is excellent, it is easy to use, and it does a great job. Unfortunately, however, the teeth file broke off half way through the first sharpening cycle.
I've never used a better file. As well as filing teeth, it also clears away plaque and tartar At the same time, the raker & This unit includes an angle gauge built into it.
The early arrival was appreciated! Construction is of good quality. The interface is simple and intuitive. That's a lot of money for the value you get!.
