You may need to tighten the grip. Our experience with the sharpener kit has been pretty good, especially after purchasing it with an electric chainsaw. One problem is that the wooden handle has a tendency to come off the file occasionally, A good tool all in all. As I didn't think the guide would help so much, it has provided a lot of assistance. However, I think it will be helpful too even though we haven't used the depth guide yet.

There's no point in wasting time on them. I had a problem with the pieces that came with it. When I brought them to the local hardware store, the owner described to me exactly why they are cheap and bad. This is not something you should waste your time trying to use. Take advantage of the advice and assistance of the local store when you purchase local products!.
