The label reads, "Made in the U. S. A. " The product is marked "Made in China" on the bottom. A canvas bag with velcro closures has a canvas like bottom. Canvas-like material appears to be a plasticized or vinylized cloth that looks like canvas. There is a canvas-like material inside the bag that seems similar to denim
The interior sides of the bag appear to be smooth vinyl-plastic with a canvas-like A 16" Poulan PR4016 chainsaw is housed in a 16" Poulan PR4016 storage unit. PROS 1) Provides convenient and portable storage. Cons 1) Going to be tough to clean the interior bottom canvas and cardboard of the bar and cabinet We need chain oil now! You can pretty much just use & toss in the garbage as soon as you have too much bar & tequila There is an accumulation of chain oil! 2) I suspect that the chainsaw will need to cool prior to storing, unlike a hard shell If you are storing sharp objects in soft storage containers, remember to buy a scabbard to protect the bar or chain. In the unlikely event that the bottom insides are made of plastic instead of cardboard sewed into the fabric, we may have a flexible thick piece of plastic instead of cardboard. Can likely soak for a day or more in a solution of dishwashing soap to remove some of the accumulating oil deposits if that is the case. Well, if they're cardboard innards, no big deal.
I had a small issue with the storage bag (small hole or cut caused by mishandling somewhere along the way). Received a reply the same day from the seller that a replacement was on the way. Within a few days, the replacement arrived, and the bag was upgraded to a nicer one free of charge and another set of files and wrench was sent. My issue was handled very quickly and they responded quickly to my request. My 14" Ryobi 40v electric chainsaw fit perfectly in the saw bag, which is of excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. The product and seller are highly recommended!.
With the scabbard on, it won't fit in the bag but I doubt it would if it was off since it is 2" or more too short. I trusted the description that it would work with my saw and the I have a saw that is about 35 years old. In addition to the scabbard, this measure is 5" long. There is less than 35" of space inside the bag. In the event the bag did not fit with the scabbard off, the blade would cut through it. I do have an older 40 volt Greenworks 16" rod that I will use for this, however.
I bought this case to carry my Stihl MS250 chainsaw, with space for gloves, water bottle, etc. The shoulder strap is why I bought it, since I use it to climb while on a bike trail and for doing some trail building when Nevertheless, I am not storing the oil in this case since I do not want the bottom to become saturated with oil leaks from the bar and the The hard plastic case I used for storing will do just fine.
There was a good reason for its high price. It comes with a sharpener kit, probably because it's more expensive than the other options. The Stihl and Pferd brand combination tools for file and depth cut are simply awesome, so the sharpening kit I received was of no use to me. It would be nice if they just sold the bag. A big reason why I like this bag is that it has a carrying strap. This allows me to carry it on an ATV or a There is no problem with the quality of the material. I may only be able to use it with my smallest chainsaw (for which I purchased it).
It is 12-12 The chainsaw bag I bought was just the third one I've bought. I've had this for a little over a month now for a Stihl MS 170 that it fits easily. It's well made, with a sturdy zipper and durable material. In other reviews, it is noted that a scabbard MUST be fitted over the blade. I am most likely going to buy another one for my 290 since the plastic case on the original Stihl It's a chain saw bag, not a nylon bag, so I'm not really sure why the reviewer asks about "Sheerness".
This is the perfect enclosure for my Makita Xcu04 16" 36V chainsaw. A case with tie downs (I will be using the strap holders) and with room for extra oil, tools, and a spare chain is necessary for me because I am an Overlander. There are no problems with this! This is my first time receiving it, but I am extremely satisfied.
This is the perfect battery for my 60 volt The snowmobile trails get cleared of trees when I am using it. It prevents oil from getting on my sled, and the fact that I can carry the files out in the woods is very convenient.
