Questions & Answers

Why isn't this item available on the official Husqvarna website? It specifies that the right 18" chain for the 450E is 501840672. ?

I use this 531300439, and I've used about 6 of them, and they've all worked well for me. It's an 18-inch screen with a 95-percent-percentage-percentage-percentage By using a 325 pitch I have a 450 e series, xtra torque 18 inch, and I'm looking for a 050.

On the bar of my H 350, the following specifications are written: "608- 8618 325- "Will this chain fit my bar?" 72 df"Does this chain fit my bar?" thanks?

This bar was also purchased by me: Husqvarna 531300438 18-Volt 240 Volt 240 Volt 240 Volt 240 Vol HLN250 HLN250 HLN250 HLN250 HLN250 Chain Saw Bar with 72 pixels,. 325- Inch by . 050- Inch, as well as the chain and bar, are a perfect match. The specifications are similar to those on my bar. It appears to be in working order.

I'm curious about the source of this chain. ?

According to the tag on the package, the chain I received in March 2020 was made in the United States.

Is the length of this chain 18 inches? 325 . What is the connection between the numbers 050 and 72?

Hello,br>You are correct; this chain is 18 inches long. 325 . Drive links are available in two sizes: 050 and 72. Thank you for taking the time to read this.br>

On the packaging, there are inconsistencies! I use two Husqvarna chainsaws to fell and limb trees on my ranch, and I alternate between them
3/5

Normally, I get my chains from the local big box store, but a few months ago, I decided to stock up and buy several of these (4 in particular) so that I could have them on hand when I needed them. I tried to use one about a week ago, but it didn't fit the bar. So I took out the other package and gave it a shot - The bar was still not a good fit. I took the third package out of the box - It didn't fit in the bar, to be sure. After that, there's the fourth package - ditto. I drove to my neighborhood big box store, frustrated, and purchased their version. The packaging and specifications are exactly the same as those provided by Amazon. My bar was able to accommodate the newly purchased chain. As a result, I drove to my local Husqy dealer and asked him to look into the Amazon chains. The chains I ordered from Amazon (all four of them) are the incorrect thickness (despite the fact that the packaging claims otherwise). Of course, since I purchased these to have on hand in case of emergency, I am well past my return deadline. Now I'm stuck with four useless chains that I can't return, and I've just wasted over $100. Needless to say, I'll never buy another chain from Amazon! When purchasing these on Amazon, be cautious. It's possible that you're dealing with a similar issue!.

Not at all what we had hoped for
3/5

These don't seem to be Husqvarna-branded chains. So far, two of the six bars we ordered have gone bad after being installed with these chains. We couldn't find any genuine Husqvarna markings on the chains we received after a closer inspection. A close-up photo of the chain links was included.

The most recent chain did not last as long as it usually does
3/5

For my Husky chainsaw, this is my 7th or 8th Husky brand chain. All of these items are identical to the most recent purchase. They usually last a full weekend of tree-cutting before showing obvious signs of dulling. This most recent purchase lasted only one day (half the time it usually does). I ended up going back to my old Husky chain (which had already been worn for two days) and it was still sharper than this one. Husky chains are a good choice (though a little pricey), and the narrow kerf pixel speeds up the cutting process. I'm hoping that my dissatisfaction with this most recent chain is a one-time occurrence rather than a sign that the vendor's quality has deteriorated.

Chain of original equipment manufacturers
5/5

Buy this. There are two chains that are worth investing in. Husqvarna and Oregon Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Since 2002, I've been using OEM Husqvarna with ZERO issues. Dry, green, or rotting wood will be sliced by the cut angle and rake. These were given to my father as a Father's Day present because I had a lot of winter kill elm and hemlock to get rid of. br>br>While there are "faster" chains on the market, the potential kickback is significant. They are dangerous for the average user because of their back and hazard. I'm sure some professional woodsmen will disagree, but for Joe Homeowner, these are a no-brainer. Make certain that the chain is the right size - Your Owner's Manual can help you figure out how many links you'll need for a 16" bar, 72 links for an 18" bar, and so on. This information is sometimes stamped on the bar, but most of the time it is not. Make certain that the chain pitch is correct as well.

It's not going to work
3/5

Although it claims to be for my model of saw, it does not fit. I even contacted Husqvarna customer service, who advised me to order this model number part. This was a waste of time and money to order. Now I'll have to devote more time to going to a physical store with a saw in hand in order to find a chain that actually fits.

This is a fantastic chain for any occasion
5/5

I'm a homeowner who's in the process of chopping down four trees. On my Husqvarna 350 with an 18" bar, I can cut 5 cords of firewood per year. br>I had to replace an extremely old chain of the same type that had been sharpened to the point of failure. A fresh change is always appealing and quick to implement. br>I've always used Husqvarna chains and have never had an issue with them. I've sharpened them myself for quick sharpening or hired an expert to do it for me when I wanted it done right! They last a long time in either case. br>However, I wish the package was a little easier to open. Husqvarna appears to have made the switch to non-toxic products. According to my local hardware store (which didn't have this size), plastic packaging is used. br>br>Update 5/12/20br>I've added some photos of the chain I got in March 2020. The chain they received was not a genuine Husqvarna chain, and the gauge was larger than the package indicated, according to some reviewers. 050". br>On the chain of the one I got, Husqv and 30 were clearly marked. Also, the gauge appears to be correct because it fits my 350's stock bar, which has. The gauge is 050.

On 445 x torq, it works perfectly
5/5

On 445 x torq, it works perfectly. Anyone who claims otherwise is incapable of operating a saw. Because this is a new chain, you may need to fully engage the chain tensioner to reinstall the cover.
