It is incomplete. The only parts sent were filters and spark plugs. Apparently the fuel line was not attached, which is what I was looking for. In addition, the bulb was omitted. I find it very frustrating!.

It does not seem like spark plug gaps are A set gap should be established. A new filter has been applied. Half a pull is used to start. Happy to hear from you.
