BLACK+DECKER LSW221AM 20V Max Lithium Cordless Sweeper

In order to replace my other Black and Decker blower with the old style 18v battery, I had to buy a new one. Because my batteries were getting old and I didn't want to purchase any more, I decided to order this. I really like it for the price and for what I need it for. Dust, debris, and tree sap can all be removed from your garage by this blower as well as from decks, porches, sidewalks, After I mow, I use it to sweep grass off of the sidewalks, drives, and streets. If I do not hurry up, it would take me at least ten minutes to make, and my old one would start wearing out soon. Tested this for at least 15 minutes without any slowdown, and I left it running for the entire time. Unlike other curbs, this one is curved at the end, so the angle is exactly right without having to go to the ground to blow debris up and over the curb or through the grass. It is lightweight and small enough for someone like me who is a little old fashioned to manage. On and off are the only switches on it. The device is easy to use. I also found it very easy to set up since the tube simply slide on and snaps into The battery said it takes four hours to charge, but I had mine done in just under two hours. I believe it was partially charged when it was delivered. A flashing light indicates that charging is taking place, and a steady light indicates the charger is finished. The system is excellent. It can be used for many purposes, but don't expect it to blow a lot of air. Understand what it can do and you will appreciate its usefulness. Amongst other things, that's why a sweeper is called a sweeper, not a leaf blower. It is like a battery operated broom that you can use for outdoor cleaning tasks that you would normally do with a broom. Even though you cannot replace an electric or gas blower with this, if you want to blow dry grass clippings, leaves, dirt, and light debris from hard surfaces (patios, sidewalks, garage, driveway, etc. ) you will likely be satisfied with it. A quick light clean up of a smaller area is ideal for this. The blower is a great alternative to my electric blower when there's just a light amount of debris to clean up after mowing the lawn or moving Since extension cords can be a pain and gas blowers can be a hassle to mix gas and oil, this device comes in handy to save some time on smaller tasks. its greatest benefits is that it is small and light. Anyone can use it, and it is very useful if you want to blow away some debris or spider webs in the air. This does the job well if you only need to do small jobs. You'll need an electric or gas blower if your debris is heavier or if you're blowing over grass. In terms of battery life, it is okay, but if you need to clean up for more than 15 minutes, a spare battery is necessary. In terms of battery life, this sweeper matches the purpose for which it was intended. More jobs for the little guy. The new sweeper will probably work for you as long as you have the right expectations.

Each time I use it, I use it for about ten minutes. This is great for blowing off the concrete next to mulch, because it has less force than our corded leaf blower. Therefore, it doesn't disturb the mulch and makes a bigger mess, it blows the concrete clean. Only once was I able to use it to the point that it needed to be charged because it had slowed down. The day I used it, I spent about 20 minutes with it. After a 10 minute use, the battery takes several hours to recharge. It may take between 4 and 6 hours to fully recharge. It is so expensive to buy D batteries. There are knock-off versions available There are replacement batteries for the LBXR20 that are around half the price of one of the B&H batteries *Edit 7/20/19 The D battery price has been updated by $25. This life and the fact that the batteries have been destroyed is very disappointing. I will buy something else in its place.
