Unfortunately, I have not yet used mine. There is no turkey frying involved, we just use it to boil seafood.

I was looking for a way to cook large quantities of sweet corn so that we could freeze it. While we weren't sure if it would fit when we ordered it, it seems to fit. I would have liked to have seen some measurements in the description.

Aluminium is the strongest material there is. It works great for steaming blue crabs. It is easy to clean, and it is a perfect size for the quantity that I do every time (3 dozen).
