Converts a Coleman Roadtrip LXE Grill for use with a Travel Trailer or Camper's low-pressure system. You can now connect to your RV's Low Pressure Quick Disconnect by simply replacing the regulator tube connection with the conversion fitting.

This conversion retains the ability to connect to the original regulator while also allowing for the use of one disposable propane bottle.

AFTER THE PRESSURE REGULATOR HAS BEEN REMOVED, DO NOT USE THE GRILL WITH HIGH PRESSURE GAS.

I have a Roadtrip 225 tabletop with a control valve for each burner, so the answer about using the reglator for control makes no sense to me. The knob for inner/outer burners should be used to control the fuel and air mix and volume. br>In my opinion, the regulator that comes with this grill simply lowers the pressure to the same low pressure as the low pressure fitting on most newer RVs.

There will be no need to transport one-pound bottles any longer

With the grill's quick connect hose, I can now use my on-board tanks. Rather than using a screw-on hose to connect the grill regulator to the tank (which requires careful alignment to function properly), simply plug both ends in. If you're not near the RV, you can get a quick connect that connects to the bottle.

My Roadtrip LXE grill will love it. I disassembled it and added a 90° fitting so the hose wouldn't keep trying to tip the grill over, but this is exactly what I needed to connect to my travel trailer's quick disconnect.

I was sick of removing my propane tank cover, disconnecting one of my propane bottles from my travel trailer propane regulator, and connecting my grill, or having to lug those green propane bottles around with me on every camping trip. This is far more convenient, and it complements my grill perfectly.

The Coleman Roadtrip LX was designed specifically for use with my travel trailer's low-pressure quick connect. Coleman's LX model does not, unfortunately, support low-pressure quick connect. This fitting is ideal for the job. Connection is quick and simple. No leaks. I'm having a fantastic time!.
