Please make sure you know the size of the quick release fittings on your RV or trailer. It has been purchased to connect to a Quick Release RV outlet to be used with a Camp Chef stove. A 3/8" threaded fastener connects to a 1-1/4" quick connection. I found this to be the only one on Amazon with those fittings and at least 10 feet of verified length. It was "DozyAnt 12 Feet RV Connection Hose, 3/8 Female Flare x 1/4 Full Flow Quick-Connection Hose, 12 Feet, 3/8 Female Flare x 1/4 Full Flow Quick-Connection Hose. " that I was reviewing. The Male Plug should be connected". It seems that Amazon uses average ratings from one item on other items of a similar type.
Most portable gas grills use disposable gas cylinders and cannot be connected to your RV quick connect. In the tank of the RV, there is a pressure regulator. A pressure regulator is built into most grills, and this prevents enough fuel from reaching the grill for it to function. If you want a gas grill attached to your RV, you need to get one that does not require a pressure regulator (instead of a Despite the fact that disposables will continue to be necessary or I will have to carry a gas BBQ tank around with me, my Weber Q1200 is fantastic. There did not seem to be the same quality among RV compatible ones that I found. Just a note. It is impossible for me to remove the pressure regulator from my grill.
Though I have not had the chance to connect this hose to our RV propane tank system yet, it is pretty much what you would expect from a hose of this quality. It must be noted, however, that the female fitting will not fit on a 17" Blackstone The reason we bought the hose extension (to run off of RV LP) is for this purpose. The order is as follows The WADEO Propane Elbow Adapter, Low Pressure 3/8" Male Flare Propane Elbow Fitting for Blackstone Tabletop Camping Grill 17 Inch and 22 Inch Portable Gas Griddle fits models 1724 and 2224. The following is an Amazon link I also connected the two devices just fine. I ended up spending a few more dollars overall, compared to before. I found a hose that had both ends connected at the correct places (I was not able to find the correct one initially). Therefore, I rated it a 4 out of 5 Since the seller should state in the description that the 17" Blackstone can't be directly connected to it.
I replaced the hose on my Camp Chef by this tube.

I did not know I could use my Campers propane tanks to power my new Camp Chef stove. The rear bumper grill was replaced with a Jayco installed one, and this is the connection to it. The Blackstone Grille connector on my RV is perfect for the connection.
DO NOT buy it. As much as I like not to slam products, when you purchase a product that transports flammable gas you ought to be a little cautious. This is a relatively inexpensive product, but make sure you get a quality item.
The QD fitting that comes attached (crimped on) does not meet UK standards. The result is that the RV QD fitting never gets a proper fit. The first one I tried was bad, so I tried several others. I believe it had something to do with.
It allowed me to connect a small propane grill to the exterior propane outlet on my camper. Here is a brief overview of the program I had no problems connecting the end of my camper. This hose is flexible enough that it can easily be rolled up and stored I didn't use a 3/8 flare fitting (most of them do), but you can get adapter fittings that have a 3/8 flare on one end and what ever thread you need on the other end. Make sure you know what you need before you start any work. Seeing as your camper already has pressure regulators, the only thing you have to do is install a control valve to regulate the flow on the grill side. Although it will probably function just fine with two pressure regulators, you might not generate the amount of heat you need with two.
That's it! For installation on your favorite small barbecue grill for the camper trail, this is the perfect fit. Our fifth wheel is built by Elk Ridge, and it has a quick release fitting on the outside close to If you switch out your grill hose for this one, then you will be able to push it into the Boom, you're good to go. A regulator does not need to be attached to the old hose because the regulator is included in the propane bottles in your camper. I am very happy with the price and with the speed of delivery. Please accept my sincere thanks.
