This BBQ was just delivered to me. BBQ seems to be a good idea. There is a problem with how the design is done however. There is a larger diameter hole than the tank so the water tank actually sits on the ground, making it hard to move it around. To avoid having the tank rest on the ground, the designer intended that the user hang the tank from a bracket inside the unit. It's too heavy for me to lift the full tank and hang it on the bracket because I don't have the strength to stick my hands inside the unit.

The grill worked well. It was easy to install. However, the grill door was badly bent, and Weber's customer service was poor (2 excuses not to reply to emails and 4 evaded phone calls).

My grill arrived damaged and I did not see the problem until it had already been an hour since I started My contact with Weber support has been going on for two weeks, but there has been no response. It’s disappointing to see such poor service from an organization that claims to have a great.

switched to the 3 burner so that I didn't have to pay for a side burner that I never use. Food cooked with natural gas tastes fantastic, but it's not as hot as cooking with propane.

It is no secret that Weber is the best in the world It is impossible to find any in the grilling I have had this model in the harsh S for the past 10 years. The weather is nice in Florida, so I'm lying on the I decided, therefore, to continue with what I had. There was no damage to the package during shipping. I really like how it works. It's nice to be able to control the temperature. The heat is evenly distributed.

In terms of quality, ease of use, and easy cooking, Weber is our favourite BBQ. This one is the one I returned to after trying others. This product is very easy to assemble. I have found that with only three burners, it doesn't waste as much gas as a stove with four burners. Placing small items anywhere on the patio is possible due to their smaller size. The sear has the ability to reach 500 degrees easily. It only had one negative, which was that it had a dent on the base that was packaged. There is slight bend in the base that should have been resolved before packaging but it is hardly noticeable, so it is not a serious issue. A bit over- I think it's a great unit all in all.
