Amazon is not a good place to purchase this item. The amount of products I purchased every single day for years was way too much for me to trust. Walmart certainly has a chance here, my fault. In the beginning, I purchased the expert assembly option and it was not In my first call, the sales representative told me it was my fault since I hadn't actually purchased the product, as I should have purchased it to receive expert installation. I am amazed. I'm ok with this order even though it shows up in my order history as purchased. Number 2, the rep mentioned that I could purchase the expert installation using the credit for the first call. Okay. I will purchase the installation now. Unfortunately, I do not live in a zip code that offers it! I guess that answers a lot of questions. That should have been said already, so why didn't anybody say it earlier? The seller gave no indication that this was the case until I attempted to purchase The weekend is my deadline, so I vow to grill. As a result, I get a handyman to assemble it for me, who I will pay with Amazon bucks. Part of the grill is broken and cracked. This is not surprising, considering the grimy box the parts came in. There's got to be a joke here. When I asked him about the first crack, he said don't be concerned, both the crack and hole won't affect how the grill operates. When he approaches the next piece of broken furniture, he stops and asks if it can be returned after a short while. I hate it! I was not surprised to find that the box arrived without much damage none of the parts were damaged. I was lucky to get a damaged part about 50/50 on Amazon if you ordered a large item. It took me three and a half hours to setup with a couple of breaks along the way. You can download the Built app by clicking here! The instructions for building it are the same as always You are a total dud and don't deserve to be here. App that they tell you to download has at least three times the amount of information that the manual does, as it breaks down hardware to use and where parts go, as well as using a 3-D model to show just what parts go where. An interactive 3D model that you can view from any direction and zoom in and out. I will admit that it took a little elbow grease to align the screw holes properly in this build. Some of them were crooked and I had to start over from scratch. It's also a good idea to be very careful with the underside of the heat deflector, for there are many sharp edges just waiting to sever your fingers or hands. The bag does not contain any additional hardware. When you lose any hardware (screws, washers, etc. ), you have to order replacements. As such, it should be deducted a star as this should not be a normal practice.

The grill has a complete 10-year warranty. This grill comes with a one-year warranty on all of its parts, which I believe is the best warranty in the grill industry. It takes just a couple of minutes for all three burners to heat up. Sadly, the situation did not play out in that fashion. In addition to the ignition starter button being broken, the side of the lid was also broken. Furthermore, the lid had a very good scratch on the top. It wasn't just a lack of a spindle, it was missing as well! Despite my best efforts even if I wanted to keep it, I was unable to finish assembly. It is a good thing I did not cut open the package like the instructions said. I had trouble repacking everything but in the end I did it. When I ask for a replacement, I'm hoping I receive a product that is intact. If Weber/Amazon is unable to ship items of this size in one piece, is it even worthwhile for them to do business with us? My replacement will be delivered soon, so I will update my review. The next one isn't for another week, which isn't convenient.
