There is no customer service! It has been 2 months since I bought it and I love using it, but the igniter no longer works, and I can't get in touch with anyone from Blackstone
3/5

My only request is for a new igniter to replace the one I have. BLACKSTONE has NONE of the best customer service in the industry! The company does not seem to stand behind their products because they do not reply to emails.

Amazing! I love it! The best way to manage rear grease is to do it yourself! My grill does not drip grease as it used to and I no longer have to clean it up and maintain it like a traditional grill
5/5

This grill is a breeze to use and maintain, and that's exactly why I bought it. Even though stainless steel seems to be really great, many customers have been bobbing up and down about the front grease system. Well, I made the mistake of not pulling the trigger on the stainless steel version last year because I am trying so hard NOT to repeat my mistake. We get too many complaints about how we have to use paperclips, foil, or other ridiculous things to prevent oil or grease from getting on the grill legs. My main concern is the ease of use, so that was not something on my mind. My attention was drawn to Blackstone's website this year in the context of a product review on their stainless steel unit where someone mentioned an updated Thanks for that comment, I was so glad to see it! Ultimately, I chose to purchase the grill from Amazon because it was the most appealing to me. A griddle cooking set and organic flax oil are also included. Also added is the aluminum cover for the griddle, the cover for the grill, and the aluminum cover for the grill. There was a lot of visual information and the grill fit well. I don't recall how long it took to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and straightforward. However, you must equip yourself with your own tools. Afterwards I followed what someone else posted about seasoning. I used ground pepper and a crushed garlic clove for my seasoning. In order to do anything else, I used dish soap to clean the griddle. In order to burn off excess water after turning on the grill, I turned on the grill shortly afterward. I then applied a thin coating of oil to my hands using the flax oil and paper towels. A medium setting was used for the grill A 30-minute high heat session was followed by a 30-minute cool down. After the first coat, I let the grill sit for 30 minutes before applying the second As a whole, I applied 6 coats of flax oil to season the piece. Below I have two pictures without the food. These were taken after the first coat of flax oil had As soon as I finished seasoning my meat, which took 6 hours if you followed the same steps I did, I just needed to start cooking! My Pam was sprayed over the areas in which I would cook, which I only needed 2 burners for. We had a great time preparing the food! To season my vegetables, I used teriyaki seasoning and to season the steak with A1 Smoky Peppercorn, I used teriyaki flavoring. I followed the instructions provided by the other reviewer for cleaning up after I finished cooking. As for paper towels, they are thin and you will have hot, damp paper towels. It may seem counterintuitive, but I would probably use some sort of towel. Cleanup was straightforward and I sprayed Pam on the grill before placing the aluminum cover and grill cover on after the grill cooled down. As of now, I would give it a 5 out of The rear grease management system looks legit to me despite the fact that I did not have much grease from my food. I only have one complaint. Why, instead of only allowing 2 wheels to rotate, didn't they allow all the wheels to rotate? Actually, that's being a little picky but it would have made a nice addition. The side shelves would be a good place to keep an eye on a hot day because they get very hot when sun is shining directly on them. The middle shelf of the cart will need to be removed and reattached several times if you plan on moving it often If you want to fold up your legs, you need to remove it. You can see the review I used for my reference here.

What an awesome thing this is
5/5

This Blackstone griddle is the first review I will write for years, and I haven't done many since. Due to the fact that its innards (flavorizer bars and gas burners) required almost annual replacement, I was looking to change from my Weber Genesis propane grill to this model. Approximately 500 more money was spent on parts over the years than I spent on the original purchase ten years ago. There were little Blackstone grills (I saw them in campgrounds and tailgates), and thought they were pretty attractive. After looking into them, I realized they make all sizes of this, which was what I was hoping to find. The 36 inch size was chosen because as well as other uses, I intended to cook "HIbachi style" and would need some room to place After receiving it a few days later, I was extremely grateful. I don't think the box was damaged at all, but the griddle was We were able to assemble it in one hour without any issues. As a side note, it comes with a griddle (obviously) that is heavy but very sturdy. This was very similar to the diner I worked in when I was in school. Once again, it's not a problem to season it before use it will take about Now that I have a work area that is huge, 4 temperature zones (which is super nice to have), the following accessories are also on the way There is a 36 inch grill in place of the griddle (the griddle can be removed). I love it! In addition to providing a wind and spill shield, a metal grill cover (which is cool because it keeps the grease from the griddle from getting all over the cover) acts as some sort of cover support for the griddle if kept outside in the rain. I could see the rain collecting on the cover and forming a puddle over the griddle without the cover. Besides the cover, I also picked up the cooking set with the meat press, and the stainless steel oil and water bottles (these were Blackstone's brands). If I had shopped around I could have saved $10 or so just buying generic ones (but hey, I'm showing off to my neighbors, I gotta have it all) and a box of Scotch griddle cleaners (they should last a very My wife and I have used this grill a dozen times in the last 30 days and we find no issues with it, it works perfectly. I made breakfast for 6 people for the first time last weekend and they loved it. We had bacon eggs and toast made on the grill. part is that it is relatively quick to clean up versus cleaning up the mess in your kitchen after prepping the same type of breakfast. The grease from the bacon easily went into the grease cup, and the eggs did not stick to the grease. The situation is fine. As I was cooking my Teriyaki chicken and rice on the hibachi, I got my hibachi going. This was a quick and enjoyable experience. Overall, I now have a large, functional, 4 burner grill that can cook just about anything for less than the cost of a new Weber grill (including all the accessories). The product should last you a very long time, as long as you take care of it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would suggest it to you.
