I'm writing a negative Amazon review for the first time ever on a product purchased from the site. Yes, I know I haven't received a refund for too long. It is nonetheless important for everyone to The first time I used it, it worked perfectly. The second time, it fell apart and liquid all over the place. The box it came in is still intact, and there are no scratches to prove it was only used twice.
I made hot pot for the first time (having never made hot pot before), and it was delicious! Heating times are fast, and the unit can be set to two temperature levels. During the top portion of the grill, the temperature gets plenty hot for searing meat quickly. There is a separate bowl that slides on top of the heating element, so it can be easily removed and cleaned! If you're going to use it at the table, then you might need a 25-foot extension cord, but that's okay (they're not going to include a 25-foot cable On the whole, I like the way it works and how easy it is This is a highly recommended title!.
A seller asked me if I could get them by Thursday when I ordered 2 of these on a Tuesday. On Thursday, they did get it to me. They were easy to use and I had 16 people over for dinner. With thin sliced meat, we have to wait approximately two minutes to cook it on the grill which makes it seem awkward that we can cook meat first, but we must wait for thin sliced meat to cook. As before, the hotpot works great, but the grill by itself is not strong enough no matter how long we wait. Also, I got it primarily to use as a grill.
