Can you tell me the wattage of the heater
There is no way to do this unfortunately. Despite being easy to clean, I still have no problem with it. It is unlikely I would want to completely immerse it in water to clean it.
Ribs on a rack have plenty of room, but there is not room for a "rack of ribs". My understanding of this before I purchased my own is still incomplete but I still enjoy it. On an electric grill, the heat does not circulate throughout the grill, like it does on a charcoal or gas grill, so the ribs would not cook properly. There are no large items such as whole chickens, roasts, etc. in it. It's only for steaks, chicken, hamburgers, fish, etc.

Take advantage of the "George" deal! It was at age 50 that the nightmare of my life dumped me and ran off with a guy from the east coast with family money. I went from the house in the suburbs with a monstrous grill, with side burners, lights, rotisserie, and It isn't allowed to grill on a gas grill or charcoal grill in a one bedroom apartment. This is a little inconvenient since we have to transport the whole grill inside It is super easy to wipe down the grill surface. It is best to use wood utensils because metal can scratch the surface and wear it down easily.

A grill like this one is great for grilling hotdogs and hamburgers. Has a lot of flavor with vegetables! You WILL NOT get a good steak from a microwave. There are simply not enough hot spots to sear the outside of the steak without the center being overcooked. My favorite way to grill a steak is medium rare (seared on the outside), but this grill will not handle such a cooking method. Having been through almost 10 steaks and tried many different methods, it does not work for steaks unless you like them well done. I left it on the highest setting with the lid on for 15 minutes before trying it with the steak, but it did not work. Because of restrictions, I purchased this propane grill because charcoal and gas grills are not allowed in my area. However, other than steaks, it works pretty well for most other foods as My kitchen sink doesn't allow me to fit it very easily, so it is a bit difficult to clean.
