inches on the cooking grate since it is 15x14". It has an area of 25 inches. About 1/8" of steel is used to make the box, which is 10 gauge steel. A coat of high heat paint is applied to the surface. Because powder coated grills have started peeling after just one or two burns, we don't powder coat our grills.

In other words, A BBQ grill that is easy to maintain and sturdy was what I was looking for. I think this is a good choice. The product is made in the USA by American workers. Regardless of how long this grill lasts, I'm going to enjoy it for It was a purchase I did not regret.

In general, the furniture is a good value for the price, except for the The paint was chipping off on my hands as I unpacked it, so I assigned it a 4 out of 5

Vibrations from shipping overruns and delays warn through painted surfaces. The red areas on the photos indicate bare metal or excessive overruns. I tried a number of times to upload more pictures, but it would not allow it. On most of the burn box, I was able to peel the paint off with my nails. Despite the black coating on the stand pipe being very thin, there were places where it did not cover completely. As far as I understand, it's not show room paint, but a burn box. I know you don't want the paint to splash on you, but cover it at least! I forgot to mention that the shipping package description does not apply to the unit itself. 16 W is what the burn box is capable of The 14th day of the month is April 14 It is approximately 10 litres. It is stated that the size of the package is not the size of the unit. Measurements are rounded to the nearest There are pros and cons to every situation. * Metal that is thick. There are 2 steel tubes that have an average thickness of 1/8". This is a heavy weight. I love how clean and strong the welds are. Water drains through this plug. A cooking area can fit up to nine quarter-pounders or twelve hamburgers with plenty of room. In addition to the pro
cons, there is also a con
The space between each bar of the food grate is wide enough for small cheap hot dogs to slip between them. Paint that is inadequate. To keep it from rusting out, it will require more money and time to repaint it with high-temperature heat paint. Conclusion I would recommend that for a low budget grill, you should take into account the cost point and It was a super fast shipping process.

Construction of exceptional quality

The product is seriously beefy and will outlast your lifetime. The grill, which is installed now, is eventually going to rust out. I thought about adding a cover, but now I realize that it is too late. I can see it happening in I'd like to point out one small issue. Compared to the plans included in the kit, the height after installation seemed low. There is no need to subtract a star for this, as it is made known when you order the product. To make the grill, I went to the local metal fabricator and found a matching pipe to fit into the grill. I then set that pipe in concrete so that the entire grill is taller
Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with this product and highly recommend it. Okay, I have an idea. I did not use concrete because it was beefy but if you are planning to climb higher, use plenty.

Pilot Rock has been my favorite grill for three years now and this is my second one

For a grill that will last as long as the ones in the parks, check the thickness of the metal box and bars. I bought the more expensive one for my backyard at my house (the Michigan winters). It's working well and I cover it when it's not in use. I got that one for a much lower price when I bought it. In addition, I recently bought a cabin in Michigan and wanted one there as well. We had been using one of those little circular portable grills, so I purchased this one in 2020 and it's doing the trick. In comparison to the first one, this one has a slightly larger cooking area, but it has room for two packages of hotdogs and stadium brats at the same time, so the kids and grandchildren are covered. The charcoal park grills are good for such cooking, gas grills can handle chicken or steaks, but for burgers, dogs, and brats I prefer charcoal grills (in my opinion) and this type of grill lets even the novice become the family hero. A park grill with this type of design adds a certain sense of character to your space. If you're playing with it, set it up near your bonfire and cook some dogs and s'mores while you're at it. The pipes are not hard to install in the ground, you just need a post hole digger, a bag of quick-setting cement, and a level to ensure they remain Adding cement to the pipe is easier with two people one holding the pipe and one adding the level. Place the heavy box on the pipe the next day after it has set overnight in cement. Burn in a few times without food. Burn off any oil or paint before you start using the stove. The box comes with a lock so thief's cannot easily walk away with it, but sadly I didn't use the lock because both of my grill boxes are in a fenced in yard so young vandals can't lift the 50 pounds of box. Alternatively, you can lift it off the pipe and store it in the garage if you don't want to put the pin in or just keep a grill cover on it in winter. Friends, grill a few of these, they will last a long time.

I would recommend this product to friends or would buy again

Install was easy, and the quality of the device seems to be excellent. We installed it this weekend at our campsite and are very pleased with it. Taking only minimal care (keeping it protected from the elements when not in use), I expect it to last a lifetime. Overall, it's a great deal, and I would definitely recommend it.
