Yes, I have a Vision C, and it is extremely comfortable to wear.
Yes. I'm using the HD Vision grill. My other one had stopped venting, and I was unable to free it. This one went on for quite a while.

I used the smoker for the first time after installing the new part. It began to melt, fusing the working components together. I contacted New Vision directly after returning the damaged part to Amazon. They mentioned that they'd received several calls about the same problem. The new part was about twice as expensive as the Amazon part, owing to the fact that the original part is cast metal and the Amazon part is made of aluminum.
The product has a light, almost aluminum-like appearance, and it could be light steel. The wheel adjusts fine, but this product does not seal on tie adjustments, which is why I gave it a one-star rating. The addition of gasket material to the neck of the kamado sealed the bottom perfectly, but when the adjustment is completely closed, it still allows plenty of air in, allowing the coals to be lit after closing all dampers for 8 hours. The stock steel top damper did not have this problem, so it will be removed and thrown away. I wanted to like it because of the black color and the numbered adjustments, but it won't work if it can't seal.
This vent is a good replacement for the one that came with my Louisiana grills k24. The stainless vent was practically glued shut from all the tar from smoke after a few times of smoking food with hickory. Taking it apart and cleaning it with oven cleaner never got it back to the point where it worked properly. As a result, I decided to replace it with this vent. Because there is so little space between the top and bottom halves of the vent in this design, there should be less chance of tar gluing it together like the one that came with the grill. It doesn't seal as well as the original, so it takes longer to extinguish the charcoal when it's new. It seals up tighter than new as I use it more and build up some tar.
On a Vision grill, this product will not work. They use the weight of the vent to keep the top open by balancing it. There's cast iron to be found. This one is a little too light. br>Edit: br>I've changed my ratings because this vent is in perfect working order. It's nicely constructed. My vision grill simply won't work because the lid isn't heavy enough to keep it open.
I like how it fits, but it isn't quite as good as I expected. It didn't have the best seal, but it was adequate. I'm going to see you with some new gaskets to keep the smoke from billowing out once it gets close.
The three clamps that hold it to the top bend quite easily, which makes it a little difficult to install. Otherwise, it worked well, but it was new when I received it, so I only used it once. If it continues to work well, I will recommend it.
Once the lid was opened, there was no way to close it again. It came with two screws, but there are no screw holes in my cooker. I couldn't keep it and had to give it back. Aside from that, the quality was excellent.
In comparison to my old cast iron one, which was constantly jamming, this one is extremely light. It's fantastic, and I'm looking forward to many years of trouble-free use.
