(Of course they are wet), but they smoke exceptionally well and do not burn up easily. Would you mind if I asked what you meant by old chips?

This Alder Wood Chip is so nice- I love it! This product is perfect for BBQs and smoking! They are the best chips ever! The last time I bought some was for Christmas for my husband! The only Alder chips available in Arizona are in California! Those chips were on my husband's Christmas list! You guessed it, these chips were at the top of the list! It is a pleasure to be able to wear I got 12 pounds from 12 Pounds and lasted We're all for it! We are grateful for your offering of chips to those of us who had to move away from Washington

Colorado alder wood has a completely different flavor than alder wood from the Pacific Northwest. My son received the chips as a gift from the seller when I have previously purchased chips from the seller.

That's a smoking good burger! I bought it specifically for smoking wild salmon, but it's good to use on beef and pork as well

As a first step, I have been smoking a variety of meats and seafood for the past 47 years using various types of wood. A couple of weeks ago, I received the product and I was pleased with how well it was made. I used it this past weekend to smoke salmon and was very pleased with the results. If you smoke food more than a few times a month, like I do, I recommend getting the smaller bag, which is still a substantial amount. There's no doubt that you'll be very satisfied with the products and services this company provides.
