Y'all, this is South Texas. I got four trailer mounted pit smokers when I want to You have to heat it up and keep it adequately heated to ensure that it reaches the desired roast temperature, but beer is made for this purpose! My wife, who is very beautiful and vibrant, wanted something smaller so I could make some smoked jalapeo wings whenever she gets a craving for them. As far as the pellets go, they seem to work pretty well in the machine. It has to be covered with a tarp in the barn when I'm not using it so my good name remains intact. you're all set if you got one of those electric smokers from your wife. I used to get my own wood and split it back in the day. This product simplifies the process of making bisquettes, and it allows better material utilization.
There's an electric smoker we have that uses these specially manufactured Bradley pellets (not discs) and it's very expensive. In the past four months I have been using my smoker a lot.
There is some other wood in the smoke, but you still get the sweetness of pecans.
My favorite part of the smoker is the bisquettes. It smells great when there is smoke around.
I can't say enough good things about these Bradley biscuits.
It is great to have a variety.
Thank you for the good product.
