Questions & Answers

Can you tell me whether the bisquettes are really made of apple wood or are they made of some other wood that was flavored in the same way?

A Bradley brisquet or pellet is the real thing, unlike other pellets you might find. It can be called apple or maple, pecan or hickory, but is not covered with oil. They are excellent quality and burn consistently. I have used Bradleys for ribs, salmon, chicken, etc. I have used them effectively for ribs, salmon, chicken, etc.

What about the flame of the fire? Are they too hot like chips or chunks of wood?

It doesn't make sense to me. In this case, there is no need for an ignition source, as the Bradley smoker uses a hot plate.

Other smokers might be able to use these? What if I used wood chunks in place of the normal ones?

Although they have the potential to do so, they will cook away much faster than a wood chunk would. My guess is that the process is about the same as making wood chips. As for the smoke flavor, I liked it a lot.

When a puck is bonded, what chemicals are used?

No solid bond can be formed between the pucks A bit of damp sawdust may have bonded them together when compressed in a mold. I think they may be broken into small fragments and dust when dropped. Bradley will likely be able to answer your question if you contact them directly. As far as I know, they provide good service.

I love how easy it is to smoke when I need to
5/5

This is for 15-year-olds During my 12-year career, I have stood out in rain or heat for 12 consecutive days We will be putting in many more hours of charcoal and hard wood to produce 12 to 15 tons of charcoal a day There are 15 racks of ribs and 12 butterflied chickens that can serve a group of people. The 6-speed auto is now in my possession Rack Bradley, I smoke fewer cigarettes, but I don't need to smoke extra cigarettes in order to stock I love how easy it is to smoke when I need to. In my inventory, I have Apple as well as half a dozen other wood types. I check and spray every hour or so depending on the type of meat, such as pork, beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or large scallops. Using some of the Apple pucks I received the day after they arrived, I grilled From a basket to a rack The 14-year-old Count the hours you spend on auto-pilot Using apple vinegar in combination with smoking and spraying resulted in the best ever dry rubbed ribs I have ever eaten. That is what all of my twelve guests said. have never used sweet, sticky sauces We'll let guests include that if they want to. Sweet barbeque sauce is never added to dishes that are tasted first, before they are slathered. Apple "pucks" are the bomb!.

Smoke flavor can be added to food with great success with this product
5/5

Pucks like these are great for adding a noticeable yet not overwhelming smoke flavor to food. The smoke flavor was definitely there, but the flavor wasn't overpowering or as strong as that of other woods, such as hickory. I used these bisquettes to smoke a small pork roast for three hours, and then let it slowly cook for several more hours. Even my friend who is not a fan of strong smoke flavors thought the meat turned out amazing. By using these pucks in the Bradley smoker, anyone can enjoy smoking indoors at their leisure without worrying about anything. Free of charge. There is only one downside to using pucks in a smoker they are a lot more expensive than plain old wood chips. However, when you compare price to quality, the former is more important. This is fair trade when it comes to convenience In the end, it all paid off.

We have a Bradley electric smoker, and I was cooking the turkey in it when I realized the only wood we had were hickory bisquettes (too vigorous a wood for the The apple wood bisquettes appeared a day early when Amazon Prime came to the rescue. The bisquettes (all flavors) worked perfectly with the Bradley smoker, and the turkey turned out just as I hoped it would.

The air was filled with There is one caveat, I do not own The ones I have on my weber, however, are used in my smoker box
4/5

In addition to producing smoke, these starters also add flavor to whatever is being grilled. There is only one thing I don't like about them, and that's that they contain ash, which makes the whole thing When I grill, I get ash on whatever I am grilling if I touch the smoker box. To sum it up, they are great to add flavor to the food. Their use in a Bradley smoker is certain to be successful.

I am in love with the flavor! I received these on time and they were easy to work with
5/5

The packaging was nice we liked that there was a pack of 24 sealed in each package. Adding them to our new smoker made it a much better experience. With the Apple flavor, we smoked our chicken and deer and both turned out to be really tasty! It will be wonderful to try all of the other delicious flavors! It's hard to find better bisquettes than these!.

Smoke! Let's do it
5/5

As always, I enjoyed smoking them, and the packages lasted for long enough with plenty left over for me to smoke another tri-nit I have a tip and a suggestion It took about 6 hours for the ribs to cook. Each puck took about 25 minutes to cook About 30 minutes. The meat tastes like apples, and you can taste apple flavor in it. It smelled great.
