In the past, I have purchased drip irrigation supplies from DIG multiple times. However, I have not been impressed with the quality that I received. I just installed the system in my garden using a series of three foot runs, but found that every time two runs were placed, one had to be tossed and replaced. As it turned out, I ended up using twice as much as I had There was a problem with this since I would get one or two "fountains" of water for each bad length. Drippers should not be used. As I mentioned, I have a pressure reducer in my system, and the other lines are all working fine. I will go shopping for a product of higher quality When purchasing these, plan on buying twice as much as you need for that price!.
A lot of my work has been done with DIG products. There is a lot of difficulty in working with this item. Though I laid in the sun for hours, I could not get it to uncurl. Water sprays from some of the emitter spots instead of dripping from others. The next time I buy, I will buy another brand.
I have used 1/4 cup In southwestern metro Denver, we have utilized an inch drip line to water a "large" 20' x 60' garden for years now. There is no local big box store with this drip line, but actually you can get it online from Amazon. The emitters do not clog up with soil/debris over time, and it can be left out over winter with no problems whatsoever. With the width of 6 inches, emitters can be positioned for a wide spectrum of crops such as radishes and As well as being very easy to install and maintain, this drip line is also very cost-effective.
It makes it so easy to direct the water to the desired location. I am so impressed with how efficient you are with water! It would be great if I could find 50' more feet with about 3-foot clearance My little garden has a 4-inch spacing between plants in the rows. It is great for bigger plants to have a 6 inch spacing.
fits the parts I already own and works well. A must-have. Highly recommended.
Using a 1/4 inch T-handle, this product lets you water 16 large evergreens at the same time. Lines for fittings and supplies. Plugging in fittings is simple once the tube is cut and placed. The new system replaces a previous system that used 1/4" soaker hoses, and it also appears to provide a more consistent rate of watering (near trees vs far trees). It is recommended.
Instead of have to perforate the line yourself and position every dripper, we can have it installed automatically.
This is exactly what I had In order to make a meaningful assessment of durability, I need to wait until after the winter.
