The rotating multi-stream nozzles of the windmill create clear jets in an animated swirling, spinning effect, which is accomplished by water output from an eight-angled nozzle. The water control valve allows you to change the rotation, speed, and size of the display. Windmills are medium and large nozzles that can be placed in dry areas and are not affected by water levels.

Is it possible to change the arms so that the water flows upwards rather than sideways? Thanks?

Yes, each arm can be rotated completely around its axis.

Is this still a brass-on-brass swivel, or has it been replaced with a teflon washer?

I had my two machined and added Teflon washes (pricey) while they were still brass on brass.

Is it possible to adjust the angle of the jets? Is it necessary to do this at a 90-degree angle?

The jets have a full 360-degree range of adjustment.
