"Thumbscrews" are attached to the light hood - each has two of them. Slide the glass lens out from the edge bracket and then remove the edge bracket There are times when the fit is tight If you plan to remove the glass, make sure you let the unit cool first

There is no point in using the timer

As of now, it works, but the timer is not working. customer service to get a quick response because I figured it would be quicker than email, which indicated that you might not receive a response for up to 24 hours. An individual responsible for taking messages told me that leaving a message would be faster than sending an email. There is no time to waste on this. I have to solve it today. If I had a timer that worked, I would have had a quick solution, but instead I had to go out and buy one.

Product design that is better

Previously, I have used grow lights from the sun system. There are several reasons why vivosun does appear to be a better product 1. This reflector has a larger area (area)*2. The lens can be removed more easily and the light bulb can be reached more easily
3. There is no connection between the fixture and the ballast It is not subject to the heat of a light bulb. I am quite satisfied with this item, however, I am waiting to see how the ballast will hold up. As far as this sort of product is concerned, this seems to be the main problem.

My comment is What do I have to say? If I were to rate it on the quality of the light itself, I would say that's quite good, except that it produces a lot of heat

Secondly, I ordered two 600W sets and only one of them worked. I have no way of getting in touch with anybody regarding returns or refunds now. Nevertheless, the other light set is doing fine, but because of the lack of concern for the problem and the fact that I got a dud, I won't be able to rate it with five stars.
