These are a recommendation from a YouTube channel that I follow and I am more than happy with them. To get started growing micro greens, I conducted considerable research and comparison shopping and came to the conclusion it would not be worth the expense of paying up for expensive grow lights. Considering the intended use, light spectrum I want, and price, these LEDs are perfect because they are half the cost of mid/high end grow lights. I didn't want to invest a lot at first, so these will work even as my growing knowledge and I increase my needs. As someone with a disability and nerve damage in my hands I had no trouble assembling or mounting them in my application so I would caution others to take the critical reviews with a grain of salt and give these a try, if your needs justify it. My grow space will now have a total of 4 shelves, so I have ordered another 6 pack of them. My plants are hanging 12 inches above the surface of the grow shelf below, and the very small amount of heat has not harmed any of them. The temperature in my home is around 70 degrees Fahrenheit We make sure the temperatures stay between 74° and 76° and use a 90mm fan to circulate air across the shelf to prevent micro climates and mold formation. As far as I know, I've never had any issues with my three years of growth. You won't find a cheaper set of lights that are actually effective than these! It has been an amazing experience to use these grow light strips for at least six months now! I couldn't be happier with both Barrina and Barrina products! I love how well they work! I have been able to keep my house plants compact and vibrant with their help. I own mostly succulents, but have recently started to grow indoor houseplants (Monstera, Alocasias, Hoya, etc. ). Most of my new houseplants seem to be thrive under these lights, though a couple are not happy with the intensity. In choosing this particular set from Barrina, I did so because, for one, they are LED and for another, I was looking for something more energy efficient than fluorescent (which will give you the closest measurement to natural sunlight), etc. The second thing I liked was that it was the right size to attach to my plant shelves, and the aluminum panels were what I wanted most. By directing the lightwaves more towards the plants, along with making these very bright lights easier on the eyes, they assist in achieving a better result. Choosing these supplemental lighting will not break the bank for your houseplants and will save you money! There is nothing to be disappointed about!.

I paid twice the amount for the other lights, and these still outperform them. I have tons of new growth on all my plants under these lights. Their density is greater and their foliage is more lush.
