The grass I wanted to cut was short, and I needed a blade to do so. I looked at this and it looked excellent and exactly what I was seeking. The first thing I said when I received the item and opened it was that the cutter was wrong! Well I went back to read the description and sure enough, the blade is much longer than it appears in the picture. This blade still cuts well and I used it as often as I could. This "plastic" did bend, but never cracked or broke, even though it is made of plastic.
Made the contribution to the cause. However, I was still not satisfied. That is what I will do. There were too many complications with exchanging it. You should be careful and make sure to study the details of It's hard to believe that a picture of something says a thousand words, but maybe you were wrong this time. We are disappointed!.

This is a complete waste of time and money. For years I've been using my Fiskars craft scissors to trim the little places around the trunks of trees and other tree parts throughout my yard. It looked professionally trimmed by a gardener, with very little effort, thanks to their long and sharp, accurate length.
These sheers are dull - they don't have enough power to cut through the hair. Consequently, the rest of the blade is of no use since it only has the sharpest part near the handle. As an alternative to cutting the grass, it is made to fold. cut the grass only a very small portion at a time. There is no way to grab a chunk at the base, squeeze it together, and cut it down low with one snip because the blades are not sharp enough, and the handle is so weak that There have been times when I was able to do so with two hands with my fingers and wrists in agony. Due to my illness I am not as strong as I should be, but my craft scissors could cut through big chunks of grass really quickly with one hand. In order to extend the lifespan of a tree, trimming around it would take 3 minutes and no rest time would be necessary. I spent 20 minutes trimming around the same tree and my fingers were in agony afterwards, as were my knees and back from squatting and kneeling and trying to get the right leverage to cut it. In the end of the first period, the handle of the scissor had been separated from the main body of the tool. ARE YOU SURE? Due to my hideous joint problems which make me very weak, my hands broke when I tried to use the handle? This is trash. In the past two years, my craft scissors lasted almost 2 years and I could snip the thin sections of 20-pound paper It is a grass blade with a tip, so you never need to grip something. In fact, it would be better to cut thick, wide sections of grass at the base where the thickest part is, cramming as much grass together as possible and making a huge cut, getting 6-inches off the ground I cut 8 inches in one big piece- I put NO effort into it. It is estimated that only the top 3/4 of these scissors are capable of cutting more than 5 blades at a time. I think they're like kindergarten scissors, if not uglier. I also have a problem with the inner sharpener because I have a chunk of paper in there that's 1/4 the size of my craft scissors and it takes a lot of effort to try and cut it. It only cuts about halfway up the sheers if you don't keep moving it forward due to the dullness of the rest of the sheers.
These shears were not expensive, but started to rust as soon as they were used. I found it awkward to use and could only cut a thin line of grass at a time. I would not purchase it.
The grass around flowers and plants needed to be trimmed with these. As well as regular kitchen scissors, you can use any type of scissors. Spending money in vain.
This is a great deal for the price. The impression I got was impressive. You are a true professional!.
