I only had to pay $2. For a 5-person household, the total cost is $9.09, including taxes. In the HD store, you can buy a count pack of these. When I see how much these cost here, I think of the term "price gouging." Always keep in mind that A'zon may not always have the best prices (no one has the best price on everything).
I just used staples to close mine.
There are ten bags in total.
It's the same thing that happens when a paper bag gets wet in the rain.

There are a total of ten count of bags, as several people have mentioned in the reviews. Five bags cost under two dollars at the store. The bags are fantastic, but the cost is outrageous. Find a hardware store near you - For about the same price, most kinds sell these same types of bags - and you'll only have to pay a quarter of the cost.
excessively costly.
Hardware stores that sell big boxes We checked Home Depot and Lowe's but couldn't find these bags in stores, so we ordered them from Amazon at a high price, and my husband found them the next day at a local long-term storage facility. time to go to the hardware store (Consider the top card in a deck of cards!) For a total of less than $2, you can get five bags. So, if your big box store doesn't have the bags, go to an old long-distance store. Hardware stores are open at all times. The totes are functional. For clippings and weed pulling, we keep one open in our tall, narrow outdoor shed. I'm debating whether to get a wire frame or a chute advertised on Amazon, but I'm not sure which is better.
UPDATE (December 2, 2018): This was used to fill eight eight-inch squares. I think I went through 10 bags four times. ) over the summer/fall (folding it to put it in the bag and unfolding it once inside) and there are no signs of tearing along the seams or other structural wear. I still adore this item, and I believe it would make a wonderful gift for anyone who uses leaf bags. ORIGINAL POST: 5/27/18 ORIGINAL POST: 5/27/18 ORIGINAL POST: 5/27/18 ORIGINAL These bags have given me a lot of pleasure. I've been able to repurpose them a few times so far. I've had a couple rip near the top of the bag, but that was due to me lifting it with too little of the bag; It's preferable if you leave enough space at the top to gather it. I took care to break up larger sticks to avoid ripping the sides and to avoid putting wet leaves in them, even though some of my piles were damp at the bottom and it took me several days to unload them, and they still held up. I can probably get a few more trips out of them if the bottoms are reinforced. These will definitely get the job done if you have curbside pickup or are dropping off the entire bag. A little care will go a long way if you plan on using them more than once. Also, by compacting the debris inside the bag, you can fit a lot more in them. I've gotten a lot of bang for my buck.
Save your money and go to a local Home Depot instead. Prior to making the purchase, I should have read the Amazon reviews. I am very familiar with Home Depot leaf bags as I’m’m’m not’m too far from a Home Depot in my area however due to the conveni.
I'm expecting something from you. I'll give it a recommendation with a caveat about expectations.

They are also compostable. Although these bags are tall and narrow, once fully unfolded, they can stand on their own. They can hold half of a 30-pound bag of groceries. garbage can with a capacity of 50 gallons You can really pack down dry autumn leaves with the heavy paper because it is so sturdy.
