It is hard to describe the difference this has made in our backyard. There are 2 large oak trees in the backyard with horny oak gall disease and the trees are constantly shedding galls, leaves, debris, squirrels are chewing, birds are pooping, etc. This patio has a lot of stains. For the sake of keeping out the nonsense, we put this up. My view of the area has changed significantly since then, and now it has a very cozy and romantic vibe, which I did not anticipate. The following are the steps that were undertaken to secure everything. As we get quite a bit of wind, we had to run 24'-long pieces of 1x6 lumber across to secure everything. I found it a little tedious, but well worth the effort. One complaint I have is that the middle piece did not come with a strap or grommet to attach it to the center post roughly at 12 feet. There is a sag in the middle because it is 23' long. Until a center strap is installed, the company's recommendation should be to recommend a center strap if the length of the sail is over what is standard. It has not been easy to figure out how to attach something to the center of the sail without damaging it. We would love it if it was anything else.

My husband is partially disabled, so I looked for something that wouldn't only provide shade on our deck, but would be easy for him to install and work with all summer long. In addition to the hanging kit we ordered, it was installed in under 45 minutes. Two hooks were placed from the back of the deck, and we take down two ends at the end of each day, hook them to the bottom to keep it from blowing around, or getting caught in the wind. This is awesome!.

Despite our expectations, the shade cloth exceeded them all! It provides a nice shade and helps block the rays of the sun. You definitely notice the impact of the sun rays when not under the shade cloth versus when it is. I am so far satisfied with the quality of this product!.

We used this to provide shade for a backyard play set. It was so convenient to have a wide variety of sizes to choose from Since the top measures 6' x 6', it ended up being more affordable than most playset tops (and I can easily fold and store it during the cooler/winter months so it will last longer). My original order was too large (my fault for not measuring properly) and I was very pleased with customer support for allowing me to return it and to order the correct size. Customer support was also very responsive when I had questions about the following Despite the delays caused by Covid, there were issues with the shipping and delivery processes. However, I am very pleased with the final product!.

Specifically, I use it on top of a pergola in my backyard where there is all day sun. We felt a sense of relief as soon as this was up, so this was one thing I added. It looked like the material would hold up to pulling it over wood, and it didn't look weak or like it would Although it did not come with rope, I used hooks in the preattached rings in place of them. This is a nice feature that the rings are there and are of good quality. My mistake may be that I didn't measure it correctly, or maybe it is not as big as I thought. I think this is a great product, and it's doing its job at a great.

There is no need for a shade cloth in my backyard since it gets too hot at night. I just wanted shade cloth on the west side of my house to shield it from the evening sun. With this brick the brick is not even hot when you put your hand on it. A few weeks ago the brick was quite hot when put your hand on a brick. The hose is made of a tough, plastic material that is clamped to the gutter and hung straight down (like a curtain) but the eyelets can be used to connect it to a roof, too. That's what I love about.

I am pleased that the product arrived as described and on time. Our needs were met through Colour Tree, which provided us with an off-size. We found the fabric texture to be more plastic/tough than expected, however, other than that, it has been a great patio cover. Purchasing a separate attachment hardware package would be a good idea.
