As far as fitting is concerned, it did not cause any issues
I sent it back because it did not fit my existing frame and even if it had, I would not have kept it. The material was poor and it wasn't
The air vent is located on the left side. My drain holes aren't located on the bottom.
A drainage hole is not present in the corner. The top of the bag has a floppy design so not too much water accumulates in it. Although I do need to use a broom to remove the water from corners. 2 years have passed since I purchased this product, and it is still in good condition. Quite good value for the money.

The frame didn't exactly fit me but it fit well enough for me to overlook that in exchange for the price.
During the past 2 winters, it was left up. Winter storm winds blew through California, but the trees remained untouched. It is not waterproof, but at least it is resistant to water. This was all going well until a pesky and destructive squirrel decided to gobble it up. The top of the box tore after he made a mess of it. The next one is from the same company so I hope it will last another 2 years and that the squirrels won't prefer the taste of brand new!.

The dimension is 10' x 10' with a mainframe, the canopy is made of polyester fabric The canopy can be easily replaced by piping on the gazebo frame and blocks up to 95% of the sun's UV rays. This grill is perfect for recreational, party and BBQ use as well as commercial use.
I am happy to see that the cover we purchased for the 10 x 10 Gazebo quite a few years ago is available as a replacement. We found it to be simpler to install compared to the original replacement cover or any other we've acquired.
The cover did not fit perfectly over the circumference of my gazebo but fits the circumference, it is just a little loose when pitching it. Despite my efforts, I was not able to find a better fit. You can get great shade from it. It is very pleasing to the eye to see the green.
In my previous post, I made 2 assumptions that were incorrect- None of them. No fault of the company, I didn't read the description (no mention of waterproofing), and didn't read the specifications. I just saw "10x10" and assumed it was the actual size.
