Questions & Answers

Approximately how much time did it take to assemble the first time (and how well were the instructions?) ?

Fast assembly is made possible by two people working together. One spade screwdriver will fit into the heads of the bolts, and a socket wrench with 13mm and 17mm sockets will be helpful. The screwdriver should be used to hold the bolts firmly into the square holds while the socket wrench should be used to tighten the nuts once you have finger tightened them. It is not obvious in the instructions whether to use "cotter pins" or "split pins". Use a spade screwdriver or needle nose pliers to bend each side of the pin around the axle so that it is parallel to the axle. With my spouse, it took me about 45 minutes to put it together. My overall impression of the instructions and the packaging of the parts was much better than average. Overall, the design is good.

What does the 36" x 20" measurement mean? Do you mean the dimension of the bed or the measurement of the tops ?

At the top, there are 36 x 20. 26 is the size of the bed. I have 5 x 17 inches. As far as I'm concerned, this is a great cart. It dumps easily and cleanly.

Could anyone tell me the difference between this model and the Gor200b?

*Branded models weigh less than 300 lbs while the older, 600 lb models have been replaced. Gorilla Carts 600 are designed by Gorilla Carts It is easy to assemble, quick and easy to use the Poly Garden Dump Cart's new frame design that ensures this cart is quick and easy to use.

Would this cart work well carrying my scuba dive gear? I am planning on carrying 140 pounds of gear on a beach with soft sand. Thanks so much. ?

I've had mine for several years, and I use it in the yard and garden (very soft sandy loam soil when tilled). I pull it by hand, as well as behind my riding lawn mower to haul stuff and also for spot spraying. In the past, I have never had any problem with it doing what I ask of it. The sand will make it a bit tougher to pull than it would be on hard surfaces, but I believe it will be more convenient than making many trips without definitely make sure to thoroughly clean it after you leave the beach, and I would also make sure to spray lube the wheels. The printer does not use Wd40. In addition to hauling groceries in my cart, I also handle groceries in my house easily. I am disabled and have little mobility, so I can easily load everything up in one trip, then up the handicapped ramp and inside my house.

A review from a real customer to put your mind at ease
5/5

My purpose in writing this product review is to give any potential buyer peace of mind if he or she is on the fence about buying this product. I hesitated several weeks before purchasing this after reading numerous reviews about it being a smelly, hard to assemble, and cheaply made product. 1 - *br*br I am amazed by this thing. It is well built, sturdy, easy to move across different terrains and yes, it is very easy to assemble. 2.

This means you don't need to buy a separate piece of As far as the hardware supplied works, it works fine.

Now, I am what I would consider to be below average when it comes to In other words In most cases, I would have to pay a hardware store to assemble it My local Lowe's offered a comparable model for $119, so I went with the model I picked up from Amazon. I used the following tools. This battery-operated drill/driver is powered by an electric motor. I started by separating all pieces and keeping the hardware in the container. I then pulled out 1 regular screwdriver, needle nose pliers, and large pliers. I used a 3/8" drive extension, 11/16" socket, and 1/2" socket on all others. It is easy to jump starting at #1 and working your way through Next, I glued all the pieces together loosely. None of the wheels or handle were screwed. All pieces were hand tightened. My next step was to attach the power extension to my electric drill, then attach a 1/2" socket to it and extend that through the nut. My regular screw driver was used to tighten the nut as I held the screw. This is how it works. (See photos) So here are the wheels. The washer is next, then the wheel is added, followed by the pin, which has to be bent back. It took an hour or so to attach the handle, and I didn't have a socket big enough to tighten it, so I used a large pair of pliers for that. Taking 30 minutes to assemble from unpack to being done took less than 12 minutes to do. I highly recommend this item and I am very pleased with it. I'd like to say that the smell is wonderful as well. While it had a smell of new tires, it was nothing overpowering.

Multi-faceted and strong A wagon used for a single purpose
4/5

This is my second one. There are several axles on the wagon that make it strong and versatile Describe your goal. This scooter is capable of traversing any terrain thanks to its wheels. The first thing that I like about this wagon is the tilt/dump feature. If you want to dump your load, you can do so. I have found, however, that a heavy load can also be rolled or pushed into the bed before it is righted. By doing this, you do not have to lift the load into the wagon, which would strain your back. The wagon I have is my second one. During the last one I had, I stayed for nine If you plan on putting your wagon together, make sure you replace the hardware. The hardware didn't get a star. Here is a tip for arthritis patients, spray the screws/bolts with WD-40 Having it make the hardware screw together much easier will be useful.

Do not begin setting one up until you have thoroughly inspected it
3/5

Polly bed was defective because it came with a hairline crack. An opening and re-sealing of the box had taken place. This tape appears to have been taped in the warehouse or by the shipper. Until I started the complex assembly process, including pumping up all four tires to their rated capacities, reading the directions, and partially installing the first of many bolt on parts, I was unaware of the crack. When assembling, a 13mm ratchet and deep well socket with a relatively thin wall and large blade or Phillips screwdriver will make assembly much faster. The bolts can then be held in place until the PEEK plastic filled lock nuts fill the gap. The bed cracking issue has been reported to the manufacturer and I've requested a return for another identical unit in case it is a one-time issue A failure to inspect or cause shipping damage may result in detention. My second cart was received within a reasonable time frame. The box was worse than the first one, but the bed was intact. I assembled the cart from unpacked parts from the first cart and the bed from the second unit and have now tested the cart and returned the damaged bed and packed parts from the second unit to the box from the first unit. I would like to offer my services to other future buyers. My suspicion is that there are more durable and better versions of this design out there. A visitor was standing in our parking lot when I met him. In a conversation about his experience with one of these, he mentioned that he had purchased one of them and had scrapped it because the bed broke at the bolt holes after only a My advice is as follows Squeeze every bolt using a relatively short ratchet handle and sufficient pressure so the lock nuts do not move even after snugging them the first time. Ensure that the nuts don't loosen due to vibrations when the cart is opened to dump and placed back in place. During loading and dumping, be careful and take good care of the bed. Please note that I will post additional comments if the function does not work for me. This is for small landscaping projects that I plan on tackling as an "old geezer". Despite its light weight, it is very comfortable to wear. To fill all four tires, I used a bicycle pump (which has a pressure gauge) to put 30lbs of air in them before completion. It is noticeable how much more pressure there is when it is added. It is easy for the cart to roll. It's a nice design and has a relatively light weight, so I like it. The surgery to repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm I had in July has prevented me from carrying heavy loads. I'm 75 years old. The other day, I accidentally left the parking lights on in my truck, and it wouldn't start. I had the cart in the back of the truck, so I took out the battery It would have been impossible to carry it that far without the cart, but with it, it was easy. After I left the cart with the battery and came back a short time later, I loaded the battery up onto my truck and rolled it to the truck, installed it, threw the cart in the cab, and started up to go It has four wheels, so it is more stable than a wheelbarrow, and its versatility appeals to me. Here's what you need to know Having a tire that is uninflatable after just one season is a disaster! There looks to be a problem with the tubeless valve stem on one of the wheels. This is a pain in the rear! Once again, I have downgraded my review.

The customer service is excellent, as well as the product itself
5/5

OK, I like it a lot. It is made by a company. *Click here to read more about the item I bought. The box was ripped when I received it. I don't know. I discovered after everything was assembled that 1 wheel was flat and the tube was punctured, along with a support brace not being included in the set. The cart has a high price tag, this is not a cheap one. Within two days they had a new wheel and brace on the way and I had a fully functional cart again. I wasn't mean or insistent and prepared to wait one month for a wheel from china, but FedEx overnight shipping was used to get me the replacement parts. My book counts that as a customer service victory. It is definitely worth your time to try this cart. Not only is the customer service top notch, but the cart itself is great, it has held up to everything I have thrown at it, from bricks to dirt, to tools, to even water so I can wash my There is no doubt that I am the.
