With a name brand like Orbit, I thought you couldn't go wrong Well, that turned out to be incorrect this time. Despite these being made in China, they are not that bad. We were having problems with sprinkler heads being too low until we found this product. As time passes, it appears that the turf accumulates and the sprinklers do not reach a high enough angle to effectively clean the nearby grass during a rainstorm. It's when you need them that it's when you need it. Whenever I have used them, they have always worked perfectly.
The cost is low, so it makes a great quick fix. It appears that these orbits bend or crack much more quickly than the green rainbirds that originally came with the system. I have used them for several years and they have bent and cracked significantly. However, rainbirds are twice as expensive and since we need to dig up quite a few heads each spring to start the system, this is not a deal breaker for me.
The product was delivered fast and did exactly what it was supposed to do.
