I understand why you're asking. The fact that one costs $10 seems odd. For a total of $20, you can get a 70 and a 25. We decided to take a chance and assume it was a mistake, and there were actually ten for $10. But no, it was only ONE for ten dollars. SprinklerWarehouse, a different company, was chosen by my husband. com to get more information. Shipping is extra, but it was under a dollar per item. I'm not sure what's up with Amazon charging such a high price for one.
It is best to use a PVC cutting tool.
Yes, it should fit if Hunter uses 3/4" pipe thread. These have been used for both Rainbird and Orbit heads.
Because it is primarily used by landscaping or lawn care services, it is regarded as a seasonal item.

I'm not sure why, but only the 1/2" versions of this product are kept in stock at Lowes and Home Depot. I ordered 20 of these 3/4" risers and used risers as needed to inspect every head in my yard. It's as simple as unscrewing the sprinkler head, cutting the riser to the desired length, and inserting it between the sprinkler head and the supply line. All of my sprinkler heads are now at or slightly above soil level, which will extend their lifespan and allow them to provide adequate coverage.
I purchased these because several reviews and responses to questions indicated that there were at least five in each package. That isn't the case. The price is per piece, which is absurdly high considering that these identical units can be found for $0. 50 at your local big box store. 74 each. These will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
I'm not sure why these 3/4" risers are so difficult to come by. Only 1/2" risers appear to be available everywhere. I'm so glad these were available on Amazon. They were around $5, so I guess I wasn't the only one who needed them. When I bought them in the summer, they were 00 each. They've dropped to a much more manageable $0. 01 in December. They do exactly what you'd expect them to do as long as you use a hack saw or something similar to make a clean cut. All of my 3/4" sprinkler heads that had sunken too low in the ground over the years were saved thanks to these risers. This is EXACTLY what you need if you have 3/4" sprinkler heads that are buried too low.
This item was a breeze to use. Plastic is used in these items. So long as you don't strip the threads, you're good to go. I would have given this a five-star rating if it weren't for the fact that it was However, they were docked one star for being inconvenient. The amount I ordered was incorrectly packaged by the vendor. I came up short by a couple of points. However. That was quickly and satisfactorily resolved!.
These are extremely useful. Some of you may be aware that if you consistently mulch, your grass will typically grow deeper over time. To put it another way, it appears as if your sprinklers are becoming increasingly ineffective. These are an essential part of your sprinkler repair kit. Remove the old sprinkler, add the extension and thread tape, and replace it. This is a must-have item that is extremely simple to use.
My Hunter spray heads' previously installed risers, which were made up of a series of reducers and sleeves, were leaking and interfering with the irrigation system's performance. Because the first one was simple to install, I decided to replace all of the risers, and the system is now fully functional.
Male thread on one end and female thread on the other, these risers measure 4 inches by 3/4 inch. They're designed to be used with Rainbird 5000 sprinkler heads, but they'll work with any 3/4-inch sprinkler head. If necessary, it can be trimmed down.
On my day off, the Risers showed up, so I put on my "Mike Rowe Dirty Jobs" pants and got to work. Some of the holes had to be sucked dry with a hand pump. It's definitely less expensive than hiring a professional to do it.
