It's practical to have three for a variety of reasons. They are small and easily lost or misplaced in tall grass because the plastic portion can be damaged while in use. Each unit is identical, so adjusting a single sprinkler head does not require multiple units.

This item was purchased because the website included a nice color instructional. What you actually get is a two-inch-by-two-inch black-and-white one-sided piece of cardboard that is so small that you'll need a magnifier to read it. I'm not kidding when I say it's difficult to understand anything on it even then. False advertising to sell your product; post a picture of what it looks like on your website so customers can see exactly what they're getting.
Rip off! Even though I could get an adjustment tool for less than a dollar each at Lowe's, I bought the three pack. I chose it for the ease of home delivery and the ostensibly "instructional" bundle. The "instructional" package turns out to be a 2X2 piece of paper with print that is nearly impossible to read. br>br>Buy the tool somewhere else and keep an eye on Hunter Irrigation. It is far more useful to watch a video on line adjustment.
The product is exactly what it claims to be and does exactly what it claims to do. However, the description stated that there would be three keys, but only two were included in the package.
Our landscaper installed some hunter rotors but failed to provide us with any tools. We like to make adjustments as the plants grow, and using him necessitated waiting for the irrigation tech, who charges $45 per hour. Everything was fine after 15 minutes with these tools. The instructions are very small and printed in a small font. However, the vendor responded with an easy-to-follow online link.
If you have an irrigation system, watch a YouTube video and purchase this tool! I recently purchased a home with Hunter PGP irrigation heads and wanted to adjust them myself rather than calling the irrigation company; these are ideal because I can easily adjust the left stop of all the heads as well as the spray distance. If you have irrigation on your property, you'll need these.
The product works well; however, before making any adjustments, make sure to clean out the access hole.
I'm sure I could have driven across town to get one from the company that installed my system, but ordering these was much faster and easier. After that, all you have to do is follow the YouTube instructions.
This tool left a lasting impression on me. It didn't appear to be very sturdy, but it worked perfectly. br>I'd say it was a good investment because it saved me from having to call a sprinkler system expert.
