It's just that simple to rip. However, it is only possible to tear the tape in one direction, which is perpendicular to its length, i.e. , and so on, all the way to the end of the tape. Scotch has inserted polymer stresses into this product (possibly by stretching it in one direction during manufacturing), making it easy to tear in only one direction. It's difficult to tear the tape in any direction other than across, which is the most common method of severing it. Consider it molecular perforations that aren't visible to the naked eye.
With a Sharpie Permanent marker, I was able to write on it perfectly.
That is an excellent query. The tape measures approximately 2 inches in width, but not exactly. It's actually one sixteenth of an inch short of being two inches wide, which makes it ideal for any application that requires it to fit into a two-inch-wide space, which is another reason I like it so much. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, there is no doubt about it. I don't use anything else because I'm hopeless with one of those big tape dispensers with the big handles. I've been using it for a long time.

I've experimented with a variety of tapes ranging from the dollar store to the drugstore. All good tape, but when it came down to it, I was tired of fighting with that dreaded plastic tape cutter, trying to find the start of the tape, or cutting with scissors. This tape keeps me sane, and it makes it easier to tape around the neighborhood if I want to have a yard sale. So, for the sake of sanity, I know you're paying a little more, but it's well worth it!.
This is by far the best tape on the market if you shop online like I do and frequently return unwanted items via mail or courier. I really like how tear-free it is. hand. . There's no need to look for scissors or a tape dispenser. It's very simple. This is my favorite packing tape, and I keep rolls of it in several places around my house (kitchen, office, junk drawer, etc. ) It's hard to find in stores these days, but it's still my favorite.
This tear tape is one of the reasons I bought it. Easily. I can use this to hang things, pack boxes and tape them shut, and mail packages. I guess I'm a dork because I can't seem to get the hang of the tape dispensers with the cutting blade. It's always a disaster when I'm around. I get a sense of accomplishment when I use tear tape. I have the ability to tape because I have the ability to tear!.
Scotch tapes are the best, and I despise it when I buy cheaper tapes that don't adhere well. It is extremely convenient to tear by hand. My only gripe is that I've purchased these tapes several times, but the thickness varies each time I receive them. It feels heavy duty at times, and I get a lighter batch at other times. They all stick well, so despite the tape's inconsistency in thickness, I'm satisfied.
This tape is fantastic. I used to buy it from stores all the time, but I can't seem to find it any longer. I was able to locate it on Amazon. When I moved in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2015, and when we bought a house, I used this. I use it to send items to family members in boxes, and it adheres to the boxes very well.
It, on the other hand, loses adhesion after a few months and must be replaced. After a tear, you'll need to crimp it a little more because it clings to the role and needs to be dug out. Overall, it's more convenient to use than tape that needs to be cut loose with scissors or a dispenser.
This stuff is plenty strong for all packages except for things like a 100 pound vise; I've used it extensively and can't understand why anyone would dislike it. I've used this to move the contents of entire houses twice. Only if the item is small, dense, and heavy would I switch to a different tape; otherwise, I'd just wrap more of this stuff around the package. It will not break if you pull it the long way.
This tape has been in my possession for a long time. It has proven to be extremely beneficial. Unfortunately, it's not only difficult to come by at a reasonable price, but it's also difficult to come by at all! On Amazon, you can get a pack of large rolls for $13. 99 I grabbed it with both hands. It's been lower, but at fourteen dollars, it's a steal. Is it more expensive than other types of shipping tape? Of course, it's priceless in our household. We've taken it with us wherever we've gone because it doesn't need a blade to cut it, and it's come in handy on several occasions. In Mexico, for example, we used it to secure plastic bags around boogie boards to protect them from damage while being checked as airline baggage. I know one reviewer said it wouldn't stick to bubble envelopes (presumably with glossy plastic exteriors), but it's worked great for us on a variety of surfaces. br>br>We've also used it to seal large, heavy boxes of Christmas gifts to send ahead of time so that they would arrive before we did. We've been doing this for a long time and the tape has never let us down. br>br>I keep a roll in my car and suitcase at all times, in addition to keeping it around the house. Of course, it won't replace heavy-duty tape like duct tape, but as a packaging tape, it has proven to be versatile and useful.
