I'm a special education teacher, and I use these velcro dots for a variety of activities (sorting, matching, letter recognition, and file folder games, to name a few). ) I like to use these velcro dots because they are easy to peel off the tape roll and can also be used to hang student picture schedules on the walls. There are numerous applications for this product.
It may peel your painted walls, but goo be gone will remove it from wood. I'd be cautious about using it.
They do adhere to fabrics. They are of poor quality and will most likely not last if washed.
They're sticky, so if you need to get rid of them, use a single-edge razor blade like you'd use to remove paint from a window. You can also use a piece of masking tape to place the Velcro on and then peel it off.

Review has been updated: Okay, this may seem self-evident now, but I only opened one package, assuming they were identical. They had no resemblance to one another. Isn't that ridiculous? So, as I was about to return them, I had the idea to check the other bag. They have a strong bond! My issue was that when I used to buy Velcro, the two types were always on one strip, side by side, as these were. I docked two stars in my review because the glue appears to be fairly weak for sticking, but you get a lot of it. Please accept my apologies for the negative review I left earlier. Isn't this supposed to work like Velcro? If that's the case, they're doomed to fail. In reality, they're just a bunch of fuzzy, overpriced stickers. When you stack them one on top of the other, they have no effect. There is no attachment, not even a slender one. Fuzz doesn't cling to other fuzz. I've already opened these, so I'm not sure I'll be able to return them. I would absolutely do so if I had the opportunity. If you expect them to benvelcro-like, do not purchase them.
I never had to replace them on the desks, and they kept the nametags in place even when the table was washed every day. They had the hold factor even when they appeared filthy and disgusting. I can also share a lot of them with my team because there are so many on the roll. I'll keep buying them because they're perfect for what I'm looking for!.
It was fantastic that I received this product within 48 hours of ordering it! However, I was taken aback when I received black Velcro dots. I looked over my order and the product description, but there was no mention of any other colors besides the white shown. They're still great, and the color shines through on the busy book I made for my students. It's not a big deal, but buyers should be aware that white dots aren't always included.
I use this to create activities and Montessori jobs for my kids, so it's ideal for that. It's so strong that they won't be able to remove the adhesive or backing on their own. I've only used it for that, so I can't speak to the adhesive strength or durability of it on anything other than cardstock paper and cardboard!.
My favorite Velcro item is this one. Good price, sticky back has good adherence, Velcro sticks together but can be pulled apart by small hands; not for hanging heavy things, but perfect for hanging laminated teaching materials or laminated pictures- Scheduling diagrams br>Easy to work with- I frequently halve them, which helps me save even more money. br>Last school year, I made a lot of take-home, hands-on items and went through at least five boxes of supplies. Teachers, the cost is reasonable, and you will not be disappointed.
They've done their job well, and I'm grateful for the extras. At least once a week, a student will report that the sticky side of their circle has worn out, and I will have to replace the circle that no longer sticks. Overall, this is a good way to solve a problem, but I wish they were a little more sticky.
I was a little hesitant about making this purchase, but it turned out that I had nothing to be concerned about. They perform admirably. They're being used for preschool activities at home. My main concern was the adhesive, which is extremely strong. They're nearly impossible to take off once they've been put on.
I would not purchase this product again. They will fall off of any spot I have put them unless I use super glue on the back! I literally just had a flashlight fall on the floor and become stuck to the wood. I can't even get a grip on wood! And the flashlight was quite small, measuring about 5 inches by 1 inch and weighing around 1 or 2 pounds! They're awful!.
