Questions & Answers

The acid in it is not present?

We recommend this product to those who have acid reflux

It works on leather, right?

If you need to repair a tear in leather, do NOT use this as it is the same as rubber cement you used when you were a kid. There is a lot of temporary nature to it, as well as Paper to paper is all I can attach (other than a screwdriver). cannot be used to repair things like china, glass, shoes, or anything else of that type.

When does it dry, is it flexible?

The standard paper is used. The glue works well to attach recipes to index cards, and it's flexible enough to accommodate some bending.

This is an excellent product for the advertised purposes
5/5

This product works very well to attach photographs to cardboard backings or paper to paper without causing any wrinkles. As it was supposed to be archival, I didn't test it long enough to see if it would dry out and crumble, but I haven't used it long enough to know that for sure. I apply cement with the brush attached to the lid for large areas, and I use a toothpick to dab and spread the cement on smaller areas. There seems to be little waste since the amount is so small. Once the item to be glued down is in place, I rub the surface from the center outward. Any excess can be removed easily with a finger or eraser after it has dried, but if it is applied to a glossy photograph, it may damage.

I was not able to use it due to it drying up
3/5

There was a reason why I bought this. don't remember what it was. At the grocery store, they had the same product for a less expensive price. It isn't something I would buy As soon as I opened the jar after leaving it for some time, everything had solidified. The paper was thrown away. Spending money is a waste.

The job is done well
5/5

I like the way this works. My complaints have been unfounded. If necessary, it can be removed easily. Maps were glued to cork boards. Some of the maps bubbled, but that was my fault as I did not glue all sides evenly. If you want to keep the map from being damaged,.

Rubber cement, which I used as a kid, was a great product
3/5

When I opened the bottle for the first time with this version of the product, the fumes almost put me in a coma. This product is not recommended for those of you with migraines Upon sniffing the container, I immediately got a migraine from the overwhelming chemical smell. I looked at the front of the bottle and it clearly states "Fumes harmful. "! Ideally, enlargement would have been possible before purchasing, so I would have known what to expect. It is often suggested that a patient should be ventilated, but this label didn't mention The statement simply states that fumes are bad for your health. It is recommended that when you use this product, you wear gloves. You must also be able to tolerate really bad smells.

I don't know

If the rubber cement is put on anything stronger than paper, it will not hold. One of my slippers didn't have a rubber sole, so I tried to glue it back on. Anyway, nothing we can do about it.

It's a great way to grosse people out and it works really well. You can do this by spreading some on the back of your hand and letting Put your hand on the back of the person you want to gross out, then sneeze into it and show.

I would like to see the brush improved
3/5

We want a stiffer brush the glue is fine The brush on an earlier jar I had (a different brand) was much better A flexible brush like that would be more useful.

I use it for my purpose and it works great
5/5

Rubber cement can't be said to have any negative qualities, can it? I use it for my purpose and it works great. Despite the package's arrival being timely and in good condition, it was not damaged. A small leak was noticed around the safety seal on the bottle, which the Manhattan Comfort can't be held liable for. Manufacturers are the ones responsible for making these products. The next time I order, I'll certainly do so.
