Where did the money I paid go? It appears that I misread this text

The filler paper I thought I would get was multiple packs. There is an additional charge of 7 dollars per There is nothing ridiculous about this. In the normal course of things, I would pay nothing. The cost of this amount of paper is 99 cents. Consider other options instead of spending your money here.

The quality of the goods is quite good for the price. Occasionally, the papers came a bit yellowed, but I just need to use them for notes, so it's not a big deal.
