I believe this app will work on iPhones and iPads.
There is no clear statement telling you up front that you can only use this if you set up an account with them and store your information with them. In the event you do not print these labels, you have ruined the tag once you've written on it. It is necessary to set up an account before you can
I am sure you I really like it!
When scanning with the app during "add item/edit item" in the latest version of the ToteScan app (iOS and Android), only the registered retail UPC codes return results. A future release of the app will allow the user to scan both UPC codes and retail codes arbitrary. You can use a Bluetooth scanner (as long as your device can scan the UPC code) to scan the UPC code and add it to the title or description of the item as a workaround. After searching for the UPC code at the top level (main Totes), and finding that item's ToteScan label, you can navigate to the ToteScan label of the parent tote.

If you're on the fence, get them now before they go up again. I purchased them when they were $3 less and I recommend that you do the same. It's something I've been telling my family and friends. There are several useful tools here you can take pictures of what's inside your storage boxes, you can search for items, you can check an inventory, and so But I did come up with a hack for myself Instead of placing the label directly on the box, I put them on index cards and put the index cards inside plastic card holders on the box, as well as adding labels to Below is a screenshot of the app and a photo of the box. If I want to move the contents to another box, I can also move the label without having to move the information from the old label to the new one. On a separate note, I wrote the manufacturer complaining about the locations not being Not only did they respond quickly, but they also fixed the software so that you can now The quick response was amazing and I am so grateful for their exceptional customer service! I would definitely recommend them!.
Read the following. So this approach did not seem like it would work out but I actually enjoy There is 14 bins to organize that will soon be stored and I need to make it look tidy The house. QR codes allow you to enter the title, where it is located, a description, and more pictures (there is no limit to how many you would like to add). After the QR code has been printed on the bin, I recommend removing it because it will stick to it, but you can edit it on the app if you need to move things around. In the event that you don't want to see the list of what's in what bin/ box, you can scan the QR code and it will display the relevant information. Like it so much that I am happy I purchased it. Only con is that it does not come with a wall clock. I used clear tape to attach the QR code to the bins and it will also protect it in the future since the ink rubs off a little as you place it on. It's also an easy way to add your own logo to the QR code. Secondly, I made extension poles, so I could stack them on each side of the bin since no matter where I put them I cannot guarantee the opposite direction each bin will point* So only two Although I was still very happy with the product, I did not find those to be.
When I heard about smart labels, I wanted to buy the ones from DuckTape, but they were out of stock The first time I came across the ToteScan brand, I was hesitant, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. It is super simple to use (you can find the app in the App Store on your mobile device). There is even the option to include a photo of the item I am This software will definitely be useful when cleaning up my whole house and reorganizing my storage units. It would be awesome if I could include photos/screenshots with my review, but I guess the Seller does not permit photos?.
You get 45 labels in addition to another sheet of labels to print, either on sticky paper or regular paper. Once you register, they send you another sheet of labels to print out as well. That's so sweet! Per label, you don't have a limit on the number of items you can add. Subscribers don't have to pay a apps are free to download and use, but you have to sign up in order to use them A simple exercise. It takes a little while to get the hang of it, but once you read the instructions and play with the app you'll get the hang of it. Other than this product, I would find it hard to use anything else.
The first thing I want to mention is that I have many totes in my garage and storage unit, some of which contain irreplaceable From time to time, I have wanted to take a closer look at my collectibles but found that this was nearly impossible to do It sounds like this app is the next big thing for organizing! My friend shared it with me and I'm now hooked! A free set of labels was sent to me and I used them. Having just purchased two sets of totes and labeling them all, I have labelled them all. The ease with which I can identify what is inside each tote and the ability to find what I want quickly are two of the best factors. have shared Totescan with my clients, and they are fans in return.
I find things in an entirely new way since I was introduced to it. I found the app to be simple to download and sign up for There was no charge for setting up. It took me two days to get these labels, and I was able to peel and stick them to my totes. Now that I am a crafter, I am now storing my craft tools and scrapbooking items in these too. It will be nice to have them to archive and find my quilting squares when I'm ready to work on them!.
The item I was trying to save wouldn't save at first, and I thought maybe the characters were too long, but after testing, I found There is no support for Unicode characters on their app. While that might be okay if the app weren't for phone users, on a phone (or at least the iPhone), it makes quote marks automatically styled like either the left or right version. There is no way around it. As a result, the app is essentially useless, since it does not support Unicode characters. In addition, someone mentioned the limitation on images being only five per item, not four, and that's incorrect. Not great, but what I really have a problem with is that I am unable to select multiple pictures at the same time. One at a time, you need to upload them.
It is worth it. It does not matter if you are unorganized or have a bad memory, if you are expecting a long moving process - THIS IS A GOOD ITEM! There is no reason to regret it!.
