I've been on the lookout for just the right pen organizer for desktops for years now. There is nothing I would change about this. There is only one thing that I would like to see, which is if there was some kind of handle for moving it from one room to another. This is not a problem since it would add bulk as well. It is very clever to have the center divider removable. On the lower level, I was surprised at how many pens fit in the smaller divided sections. To give you an idea, I can fit 10 micron pens in one section with room to spare, or 13 fine point sharpies without them being squeezed. My desktop has finally found the perfect solution for storing all my writing tools nearby. I finally found the perfect solution for all my desktop needs.
The design is simple yet strong. The divider in the center was not present on the order when it arrived. Even though I wasn't too concerned, I contacted the company and informed them of the situation. After contacting them, they replied with the part they were going to send me. I was extremely surprised when they sent me a brand new organizer as well. My jaw dropped when I saw it. The customer service provided by this company is excellent. I guarantee you are not going to regret buying As an extra recommendation, I am recommending that all of my teacher friends and colleagues purchase one for use in the classroom or at home. Since we taught o line at home, I was using mine for home, but I will use the second one in the classroom.
The unit is very nice, however I wanted to store only my paint brushes in it. It's not that they cannot hold the brushes, it's just that their taller counterparts tend to tumble all over the place, which makes me miserable. It is ideal for short items, so keep them short if you want this rack to work.
My hobby is colorizing and, as a hobby colorist, I turned to this option when I couldn't fit my pencils in a couple of coffee mugs any longer. Besides erasers, pens, scissors, brushes, blenders, and colored pencils, it can also fit the most basic things. Smoothly rotates, has a quiet motor, and isn't too heavy, yet it is not too light that it becomes plan to get two more for short kitchen utensils (thermometers, pastry brushes, measuring spoons) and one more for my vanity area for makeup brushes, pencils, and things in tubes and vials that I find it hard to store and find readily. In the event a smaller size is available, I will buy it, too.
There is room for more colored pencils and even the thinnest markers in the homeschool classroom and virtual learning. The room needs to be arranged in a manner to facilitate creativity and imagination, both of which are influenced by Waldorf and Montessori. It might be necessary to buy a second one as momma's only art supply!.
It's beautiful. I'm surprised at how much I like it. A lot of compartments make it very attractive, it's sturdy, and it's well constructed. With my watercolor brushes organized nicely, I can now paint with ease. Then there are so many other things you could do with this. This is a stunning piece of equipment that spins which makes it even more spectacular. If you would like to purchase this product, I highly recommend it.
It has a nice look to it. As I just received it, I cannot comment on its durability, but it seems to be of good quality. There is one major complaint that I have with this unit. The turntable seems to be slowed down by its weight. As soon as it is loaded with writing utensils and tools, I worry that it may not work. We'll let you know how it goes.
Initially, I was planning on returning the piece as too small, but I was pleasantly surprised when it managed to hold everything. In some compartments, you can fit more than one utensil, and, because it holds things upright, it can be readily spun in a small.
