A guide, not a file, acts as an indexing device.
They're quite substantial in size. A large punch with a pushable handle is most likely, but a single hand-held punch is unlikely.
There are numerous sets in my collection. Regrettably, the numbers 30 and 31 have been combined.
No, they're all individual parts.

Once again, the product's misleading description has resulted in an additional cost for me. I planned to use these in hanging file folders when I set up a new office. They are not, however, a FOLDER file, but rather a single sheet. Disgusted to the core.
INSERTS for hanging files made of sturdy, thick polypropylene - This item is made up of 30 individual plastic pieces. Although this is the product's description, all of the negative reviews appear to come from people who. I didn't pay attention to the details in the description. This product outperforms the pressboard alternative, which is nearly as expensive. br>br>My only gripe is that the manufacturer merged 30 and 31 (so I can't tell the difference between files due on the 30th and 31st of the month without getting creative) and included an extra "2" divider for whatever reason. (For example, 1x "1" divider, 2x "2" divider, 1x "3" divider, and so on. ) I ended up with 31 inserts, but one was a duplicate that I don't need. This seems ridiculous, and separating 30 and 31 and removing the unnecessary second "2" would greatly improve the product. br>br>Even the odds say that the extra "2" in my package was a packing mistake - If that's the case, I'd prefer that 30 and 31 not be combined. However, the product as a whole is excellent.
Instead, I use a mesh bucket file to keep track of what I need to do each day for work files, which I keep in these tabs. I find that having everything on my desk and ready to go is a much better method. It seems to work for me. The only drawback is that if the folder isn't completely full, the files will fall over, but the numbered tabs will remain upright, so this isn't an issue for me.
These numerical dividers come in two sets! I enjoy being able to organize things by day, then move them to a week-ending or month-ending position as the week progresses. It's ideal for keeping track of my daily tasks. They're strong and long-lasting, with a 5-year or longer warranty! Easy-to-understand numbers make it simple to keep track of what's going on in your life on a daily basis! I would strongly suggest it!.
The tabs are too short to be visible over my files, rendering them useless. I wish I could go back in time and take it back. It might work for you, but keep in mind the height when deciding whether or not they'll work for your documents. Aside from the height, they're very nice and exactly as described.
I've changed my entire filing system as a result of these handy hanging file folders and the tabs included.
They're nice and sturdy, but the numbers should be a different color to make them stand out more.
