In those little holes that they give you, it is very, very difficult to get the screws in. It was very difficult to push through. The unit will be damaged if you use a power screwdriver. Despite the fact that I'm a girl, I can assemble things! The instructions were hard. I spent over two hours on this. This is the kind of instructions that you just get today ones without any words, just Those were the days when words were important. You need to figure out the top and bottom of your table before you start assembling it, and you also need to choose which sides of the wood you want to be on the Due to the fact that it matters. A large hole in the black bracket is located on one edge, but two smaller holes are on the other edges. The area on which you will place the skid knobs will be your bottom since those large holes on the black brackets will be your bottom. In case you mess it up, you have to do it again! I had to reassemble it twice! Of course, the caveman symbol directions do not mention them at all. Despite my best efforts, I hit the sack after a long assembly session. Despite its looks, this unit is quite useful and adorable. Here is a picture I will add I haven't yet set it up.
It is a good stand for the job. I found this to be an inexpensive and well-designed product. I like the look of it very much. I found the shelves to be very sturdy and able to support the weight of the average printer very well. Despite what I see about assembly being negative, there is a grain of truth to it. The first thing you need to do is not to The whole thing is Follow the instructions but don't get distracted by the Make sure you watch the video contained in a product description on Amazon There you have it. You don't need to do anything else. Here are a few of my observations from experience, and what you should really pay close attention to. Hardware is not the greatest, but it serves its purpose. Be careful. Do not force the screws. Take your time. Line up the inserts where the screws go, and do not Set them up so the screws are just a bit crossthreaded, and screw them in just a bit more tight. Whether they are or not will be felt by you. This type of screw is easy to crossthread, and if you do, you will run into Tighten all 8 bolts carefully after you have inserted them all hand tight. In that case, you will have a nice, sturdy stand. BTW, I am a mechanic for aircraft.
Our printer was too dangerous to be left laying on the floor underneath my desk, so I built this stand. As a result, its dimensions were too small to put it under, but it fits perfectly on top of the stand, leaving space for paperwork or other storage underneath. This was a very easy to assemble product that is sturdy and easy to maintain. As for the colors, I liked them a lot more than what I had previously considered. There were most of them made out of plastic and cost double the price. It's great value for the money!.
The corner desk on my messy, cluttered workspace was running out of room, so I bought two of them. I was impressed with their speed of delivery, how well they were packaged, the fact that there were no missing pieces and no scratches or dents. The quality of the picture is really nice. With each set, there was a parts list and a picture guide. All that was needed was a quick glance at the picture. I spent maybe 10 minutes at a time assembling each one using just a Phillips screwdriver. This printer stands out because it is sturdy and easily holds my scanner, printer, etc. The finish of the wood is nice and rustic. I like these and would buy them again. Their color is a little darker than my desk, but they look good.
Initially I thought assembling this would be easy, but it was not the case. No, I am not a carpenter, but I am experienced in assembling furniture, and this tiny little table took me as long as Ikea crap to assemble. In the end, two people are required to complete the job since screw inserts do not line up with screws and threading is substandard. There was a bit of a price point disparity between what you get and what you pay.
In fact, the space between the two shelves is 1 inch too short to fit the folders, once the shelves are assembled. This shelf is not suitable for the purpose for which it was designed. In addition, the shelves are used with strange bolts and nuts which are difficult to put together.
Only problem is it's about an inch and a quarter wider than it appears to be in the description. Currently, my printer hangs about an inch from the side of my desk, but that is not a big deal. It would have been nice if they had provided the width and height of the items. Furthermore, one of the screws did not want to go in, but I did manage to screw it in. It is absolutely wonderful that the leveling feet are adjustable. There are a few dips in my desk near the printer, so I have a little dip there. I also used to have the wire paper organizer, which wobbled like a madman. I would definitely recommend it, and I would definitely purchase it again if I had the need. It fixed my problem and also gave me more space as well.
In spite of the fact that it looks like a paid $100's item, I paid $60 (I think) for it. It fits in the spot i need it to, and holds plenty of things. It's portable (I move Was really glad to purchase.
