Selected User Reviews For Laptop Stand for Desk, Ergonomic Portable Computer Stand, Fast Heat Dissipation Hollow Design, Height Angle Adjustable Computer Laptop Holder Compatible with All Laptops
Aluminum stand (weight: 7 lbs. ) with a long-lasting design. It is made up of non-alcoholic beverages. To keep the stand from moving, place silicone pads on the surface and the bottom. Also included in the package are extra pads. It's foldable, so it'll fit easily into your backpack. I also like how the laptop is held in place by the surface edge. br>br>Someone mentioned in the QA that this is compatible with laptops 7. 9". I am not convinced. I put my brand new 17" laptop on the stand and it works perfectly; according to the product page, the stand can support up to a pound of weight. Up to 44 pounds of weight can be supported. I needed to see if they were telling the truth. It didn't even move when I put two 15-pound dumbbells on it (see photos). I didn't have another dumbbell with which to reach the 45-pound mark and see what would happen. I can assure you that if you have the heaviest laptop on the planet, which weighs in at 30 pounds, you can use this stand without worry. This is something I would strongly recommend.
It is light and simple to adjust. In addition, the cost was fair. Because I've had neck surgery in the past, and holding my head down to view the screen is very uncomfortable, I needed something to hold my laptop in a more comfortable and eye level position. I immediately unpacked this stand and spent some time using my laptop at eye level, which made a huge difference. I would highly recommend it to others, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase decision.
This is precisely what my desk required! The thickness underneath for storing papers (which is not what I bought it for, so I won't rate it on that basis) is the only thing I would change. br>br>I have an older, larger dog. Dell laptop that has been refurbished. Although it is 15 inches wide, it appears to be quite heavy in comparison to more modern computers. With no regard for the consequences, this stand maintains its position. It's a little difficult to adjust, but I'm not moving it; I'm just using it to elevate my laptop. It is stable and does not sway. (It can, after all - However, if you read the detailed instructions for adjusting - You'll notice and correct the user error). br>br>On the front, I intend to cover the logo - It's a little distracting, but - On that basis, I'm not going to give it a rating. This product was EXACTLY what I needed, and it performs even better than I had hoped!.
I especially like that the blue cover for my MacBook Air fits perfectly on the outside of the stand's boundary, preventing the laptop from sliding left or right and making it very stable without the rubber pads that came with the stand. My wife also likes this stand because she has neck problems and pains, and this stand provides better ergonomics and allotment.
This laptop stand was just what I needed. It's the perfect height for sitting on my lap and offers a very stable platform. It's small, light, and extremely durable. It's very comfortable to sit on my thighs because of the flat bottom. My arms just got so tired and I was perpetually uncomfortable reading a book - it's funny how such a small thing can make such a big difference in daily life. no more! br>br>Hint: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innov The device is difficult to open and close due to the tightness of the hinged joints. This is by design, and it's exactly what you want to avoid it collapsing under the weight of whatever you put on it. When I'm not using it, I just leave it open, but when I'm traveling, I'll collapse it. I've discovered that manipulating from the ground is the most efficient. I crack it open slightly and set my foot on the bottom platform. I can move the hinged parts much easier with my body weight on the bottom.
This small stand is quite impressive, and the aluminum appears to be quite sturdy. The hinges are quite tight, and putting them in place requires some effort - If you have a large laptop, this is beneficial. An excellent range of motion is available. It's important not to put it too far back because the balance point can cause it to tip. This will undoubtedly be put to good use in improving my work-at-home setup. It could be used as a book holder as well. When not in use, it folds down to about the thickness of a lighter and tucks neatly into my desk. Overall, I'm very happy with this stand, and I would recommend it to anyone!.
A laptop is connected to two external monitors in my home office. I want to place the laptop monitor next to the two external monitors because I use it as a third screen. Instead of typing on the laptop keyboard, I want to open the laptop nearly 180 degrees, so the keyboard is nearly parallel with the monitor, and then I want to position the laptop so the screen touches one of the other external displays, with the top of the laptop screen level with the top of the external display. To keep the laptop keyboard from blocking my view of any part of the monitor next to it, I've opened it nearly 180 degrees. This stand is ideal because it allows me to adjust the laptop's height as well as angle. br>br>The stand arrived quickly, was of good quality and sturdy construction, and allowed me to place the laptop exactly where I needed it. br>br>It's lightweight and folds up small just like it says. It's portable, but rather than carrying it between my home and work offices, I'm going to buy a second one for my work space.
