It's too good to be true! I've been really happy with this product. I expected more. A small crystal with a picture of my boyfriend's dog was ordered for me. I was devastated to learn that he recently passed away at 15 years old. My boyfriend has missed his little buddy for months now. He was given a shelf to place his urn and keepsakes on as a memorial and I ordered this book to be placed on the shelf. My questions were in response to the picture that I had sent them. It took them one day both times to get back to me! In the middle of December, I ordered it and it arrived on December 26. This wasn't going to make it by Christmas, based on what I was told. In spite of that, it was shipped on the 21st and got to the states within five Being that I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it, I find it to be quite impressive. It was so much more than I was expecting when I first opened it! I thought it was just a crystal with the picture, but once I opened it, I was blown away! Also, I got a light base with hues that alternate, two beautiful keychains with smaller crystals attached, and the same photo on both. It was a very emotional experience for me. I am so happy with this product and highly recommend it. It is a pleasure to work with you, This is such a great way to remember Pedro. I'm sure my boyfriend will love it.

I was very pleased with the way the packaging was packaged. It was a little bit pricey. I bought the extra-large one, and there is more glass in it than the picture indicates. You have to pay attention to the finer details of the picture since it is not very detailed. They looked blurry, as if they were not clear at all. My recommendation would be to avoid.

It was a really great item and I was really happy with it. I love the way it lights up. There is a description of the item that states that it is 2D/3D. It does not appear to be 3D in any way. In my opinion, the photo should appear 3D from the side, but from the other side it doesn't. There is no depth to it. It would have been a waste of money to buy a flat photo in a glass box if I had known that.

This crystal is of superior quality and craftsmanship, and I was thoroughly pleased with my purchase yesterday. This picture is clearly placed on the crystal and is as 2D as it should be. Despite my high expectations, this product turned out to be better than I expected. I was surprised by how quickly the delivery was as well. This merchant is definitely one I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be placing additional orders with them.

An error in communication led to a strange looking image. As far as I can tell, black does not show up very well or The black in my image has been converted to a light grey in editing. The image The crystal will be given to me when I get it.
