Questions & Answers

When I install it, what should I do? Aside from two screws and two metal plates, the only equipment that came with it was a screwdriver. As far as I can tell, the board itself does nothing to hold it. ?

Two screws should be used to attach the two metal clips to the wall. It is important that they are If the clips are flush against the wall, they should be flush at the bottom. A gap should be left between the top and back so that the back of the frame can be inserted. There is a tiny gap between the back of the frame and the "panel". The clips slip into this space. The diagram that came with mine was very simple.

It's kind of disappointing not to get the black frame that is my first choice

This is a very cheaply made product

I really don't like the white board. It is very cheap. The cork board is fine, but I don't like it at all. I was concerned that the piece would fall off since it came crooked and not glued down. Moving the piece in place and adding some glue to the back was necessary. There is no way I would ever buy this material again since it is so thin and cheap.

It's the perfect size and the quality is out of this world! You can use a dry erase board as well as a cork board, and magnets are certainly useful.

As far as I can tell, it is good for my needs. I assume, however, that the damages to the corners of the board are a result of being packaged in an oversized box without any cushioning material. Upon opening the package I found that one corner had split completely apart, therefore the pin board side of the picture had slipped out of the frame once the plastic wrap was removed.

The construction of it is very poor, even though it looks nice

The metal section of the board came with a large crease, and the metal board was not attached to the board. I had to apply some double sided tape between the metal and the frame so that it would not pull off when magnetized, it looks nice, but is very poorly made. It would not be a good idea for you.
