Despite its accurate description, I don't approve of the way this product is described. Can you change the in/out state by sliding sliders, or is it made up of Post-It ?

It is possible to change the in/out terms to be whatever you want, such as ?

There are sticky labels on the in/out that can be changed to on/off and covered. Our company has had excellent results with this product.

When the sliders are moved, do they click into In the event the board falls or gets bumped into, I am worried how easily the sliders will slide. ?
